He Told Me That He Couldn’t. My Mom And My Nephew Went To Pick The Truck Up On Monday September 16 Th. Before The Mechanic Would Give Her The Keys He Said There Will Be A $75.00 Charge . This Came As A Surprise To My Mom, When Ken Had Told My Mom And Me, There Wouldn’t Be Any Charges. “S & H Automotive, Is Not Good To Deal With, Or Do They Stick To Their Word”. I Have Since Called Him Twice, On Tuesday September 17 Th , And Thursday September 19 Th. I Went By There With My Mom On Tuesday, September 17 Th, After He Had Told Me He Would Be There, To Possibly Get A Refund, He Wasn’t There, When He Said He Would Be. We have started taking our vehicles here recently. After some terrible experiences at another place, I have finally found somewhere that does excellent work and that I trust. My husband has always done our mechanic work but now is unable to work on cars anymore. Hes so glad to have found someone that he trusts as well. We highly recommend this shop.

I've taken my cars to S&H several times for routine maintenance, brakes, oil changes, tire patches, etc., and have always had great experiences. The employees are friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the work has been fast and thorough. Thanks guys!

I don’t know if I caught this guy on a bad day or what but he was very rude and short with me. I had just bought a car and the AC went out so I looked up places on google and he popped up. I decided to take it to him. I won’t be coming back. I’m not giving someone money who is so rude and arrogant with their customers.
