I'm unhappy with the service I received. I had an appointment to get my oil changed, windshield wipers fixed so the wiper fluid would work and state inspection. My car was kept all day and the only service provided was state inspection. Nothing else done. I will never take my car back. Also while I was there picking up my car my elderly dad fell off the porch because there were no hand rails. The secretary just sat there. She did nothing. She didn't ask if my father was alright after I picked him up off the ground. I will never recommend this shop to anyone.

Their work is great, but getting hold of them is incredibly difficult. They ask for you to leave a voice message, but don't return your call. I spoke with the manager in person once and he told me he'd call me back with a quote. He never followed up. I've done business with them for a couple years now and they're incredibly honest too. They're great people and they do good work, but the amount of effort to use their shop has just increased like crazy. I'm just going back to SouthMain Auto because I know they'll actually be good on their followup. It's just too much of a hassle to continue using this shop. I find this quite disappointing.

First time dealing with this gentleman and his son. Good people generally and never promise what they can’t deliver. They are up front about your car’s needs and they communicate exactly the cost. They also know someone with very decent towing rates. I will be returning.

Sean and his staff are very knowledgeable, and very fair on pricing, they don't constantly try to upsell you on things that you may need or may not need for the sake of profits. I've used his services for several years for my whole family I'm very impressed with the way he treats his customers. If you're looking for value and honesty this is a great business I give him five stars because he's earned it.

This is the best shop around. The owner and lead mechanic Shawn has both skill and integrity. He never upsells or over charges and always available to answer a question. Wouldn't think of taking my cars to another shop.
