Maybe they do great work but their customer service sucks. All I did was call to get a ballpark estimate on a repair, and I understand that's hard unless the technician can actually look at the repair but it was a simple repair. The person who answered the phone didn't bother to look up the estimated cost on the computer and was thus unsure of the cost giving a very wide range, while other garages could give a very specific estimate. Anyway, the person taking my call raised his voice at me almost to the point of yelling, and seemed very annoyed. I would not expect such behavior from a service based businesses Maybe they do great work but their customer service sucks.

Experts at work!!! These guys are real pros. I had a terrible problem with my pickup that four other places failed to fix. Those guys charged me nearly $5k and took over a year. Don found the problem and fixed it for $300 bucks. In addition, he through in an inspection and fixed my broken windshield wiper no extra charge and without me asking. They may be a little slower than the other "drive by" outfits and not as focused on "selling" you, but their expertise is worth the wait. Highly recommend!!!

All these people talking about customer service need to stop. This man and good staff know cars. The work is excellent and thorough. He keeps you in the loop throughout the entire process. I won't take my car anywhere else. Outstanding!

Horrible customer service! I was recommended to this shop because Don worked great on electrical issues. Walked in, large man in chair in front of me about 6 ft away, didn't even turn around after hearing the bells chime. I said hello and no response. After about a minute, he finally turned about halfway, still on his phone, and didn't acknowledge me. I told him my issues since apparently he wasn't going to say anything, and then I hear Don, who was sitting in a car about 20 feet away, shout out "No, I don't do audio!" I said, "Well, this isn't the audio I need looked at. I need the ground wires looked at." He said "No, I don't do audio." Nothing else. I said "okay, well thank you." No reply from either of them. At all. So I walked out. Wow.

Don is a great guy, easy to talk to. Always calls with estimate after analysis. Price always less than other Ive used. I try to use Don when I can.
