Took my Bronco in for a repair that was covered under warranty. After the 4th time of me bringing it back it seams like it’s finally fixed. When I picked up my truck this last time they broke my back panel when removing it and didn’t say anything just delivered the truck as it was finished. I brought the truck back up when I noticed it asking for a manager to look at what was broken. Unfortunately the Service manager Mark was very rude, combative and offered no good resolve for wasting hours of my time and delivering a broken truck back to me. I called last week asking for an owner or GM to call me and still no response or call. Make sure to look at your whole car before taking delivery from this service dept.

Absolutely amazing ! This was our first time at this location to have a few things done to my truck . We were helped by James Sockow ! He was super friendly and helpful! Dealerships don’t wash your cars anymore but this location did and it topped off the experience Not to mention their customer lounge is top tier —— clean , restrooms, snacks and water !

Royal Oak Ford took care of my vehicle issue promptly, George in the service department was upfront from the beginning, secured a very nice loaner for the entire time my vehicle was in the shop.
