Dropped my car off with a recommendation from the insurance company. Vehicle was 3 days old when someone reversed into my parked car. Picked up my vehicle after 2 weeks with damage to body panels that were not affected by the original hit. Paint runs on the bumper from improper finish, overspray on quarter panel as well as damage to my finder. New manager was just as sloppy as the location appearance. New manager tried to wipe my car down with paint thinner when I showed him the damage. Worst experience I have ever had with a body shop. This is NOT a crash champions problem, this is a location specific and employee issue. There is a reason why this Royal oak location has very little business while neighboring Crash champions offices are flourishing. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location and drive the extra 2 miles to the ferndale location. Ultimately Crash Champions reached out after my complaint to the insurance company and the team in Ferndale did everything in their power to make it right and do the repairs as they should have been done from the start.

Top notch professionals! Organized drop off to avoid having rental car too long. Worked on vehicle immediately and was complete under scheduled date. Vehicle was professionally detailed, even smelled brand new. I couldn’t even tell this was my vehicle, it was returned in pristine condition. These are collision PROS from start to finish! I wouldn’t dare go anywhere else in the future.

Great shop. Fast service and quality results. My service advisor, Martha, was great to work with. The price was right for the event results in my car. I hope to not need their services again for obvious reasons but if i do, I'll be back. I will also recommend them to friends in need of body work.

I dropped of my car just for the back scratch and when i picked my car up engine light was on. My car is 3 year old car and I have never had this problem before. They denied it and they said it was not their fault. They gave me lots of anxiety with this problem. But the workers,( ladies in the office at the location) are really kind and nice.
