Traveling thru the Smokies hauling my Harley in my cargo trailer. Had an issue with a trailer brake locking up. Stopped by Round 2 It auto in Bryson City, NC and the owner, Mike stopped what he was doing to listen to my issue. I left the trailer with Mike and he found the problem within a couple of hours. By the next morning my trailer was fixed correctly and I was back on the road. Mike treated me the way a traveler having an issue hopes to be treated. He did good work, communicated what he was finding on my trailer, and got it repaired for a more than fair price. Big thank you to Mike and Round to It Auto for helping a fellow rider and mountain lover out and saving the rest of my trip!

Awesome people. My niece was here from out of town and had truck trouble. She needed the truck repaired quickly for her trip home. Other places said she would have to wait but Round2it was able to squeeze her in and fix her truck right away. Great service. Thank you

5 star service all the way! Had a check engine light come on in the truck - another shop quoted me an outrageous price so I took it to Round 2 it - they fixed me up for half the price and all is good with the world again!

I’m so glad Mel from the tire shop next door recommended Mike and his team to fix some issues with my cars. They are honest, dependable and more than fair. He’ll be upfront with you as of costs estimate, will discuss with you in details what’s going on and even invite you to see what his team’s working on if you happen to be there. His wife is such a sweetheart too. Glad to find a local auto repair shop I can rely on. 👍🏼

Just needed an oil change on wife's car. They got me in with no waiting and promptly did the job. And the price was a pleasant surprise, too. That's where I'll be taking my vehicles from now on. Oh, and they were really nice while expertly doing the job. Definitely a thumbs up kind of place.

I wet there to ask about a minor repair that I was unsure about. Mike came out right away and happily answered my questions. Then proceeded to clean up my battery and install my new part for a very reasonable price. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs a place the staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and seemed very trustworthy I will definitely return if I need future repairs:)

I originally went to the shop for oil changes in my cars. Did fast work and a fair price. Then my car was having real issues. They care so much about their customers they said they were not comfortable letting me drive the car any further. They fixed my car at a more then fair price. Being a single woman I have found the mechanic that I know will take care of my cars. His wife is amazing and understanding. My car runs great and I feel safe. It is nice to have a auto repair shop that cares. If you need work done call them they will definitely fix your car and make you feel important. Thank you. You have a custom for as long as I live here.
