Done with here. Used to be my favorite place to go get oil changes inspections etc. But after the crap attitude the red headed feller had towards me and my wife we'll never come back. Acted like we were a nuisance to even be there and told us it would be 45 minute wait. Which isn't a big deal we wait on everything all the time... But the attitude nah I'm good. Robert was the best person in the world and would have been ashamed of how we were treated.

Robert’s Quick Lube is so convenient. You don’t need an appointment. While getting your oil change, they will check your vehicle to make sure your windshield wipers and tires are in good shape as well. Great customer service. I wish they would bring back vehicle inspections.

‼️‼️‼️WARRING WARRING‼️‼️‼️ if you have a newer car, please go else where. I took my car to these people to do an oil change. Mind you I’ve been taking my car here for years. They put my oil filter on wrong and I kept smelling oil, I took it back to Robert’s Quick Lube and kip looked it over and he said the oil must have been excess oil and that’s why I’m smelling oil because it gets on the motor. I spent 53.00 and some change and less than a week had to spend 108.03 at another shop to redo my oil change because they Robert’s quick lube put my oil filter on wrong and al my oil leaked on the front of my motor and the bottom. I will not Recommend anyone to go here. Save your money and go elsewhere.

So thankful for these guys. Called little after 8 am about my back brakes going bad, and he said come on down. They pulled me right in, checked it out needed new brakes and rotors on the back. Got the parts then told me the cost upfront, which was very reasonable. The friendly staff got to work showed me the pads and got it all squared away. Our brakes didn't make a peep until we was like 30 miles away from our rental. Leave it to the mountains between Ohio and here to let you know if something needs work. Can't thank these guys enough and I think they have done like 3 oil changes while I was here, super fast.

Got me right in, addressed the work I was requesting, and elaborated on things that would be needed in addition. Shared a visual demonstration on why I'd need certain parts. You can literally sit and watch the work being done on your vehicle. Shop was incredibly clean and everyone had a friendly demeanor. We'll for sure be back with any future work!
