Andrew and his crew are my go to for anything automotive related. jobs that take a typical mechanic shop over a month and a half, two months to complete take Andrew only a few days. These guys are great!!! Came to Bryson city for a weekend getaway and blew the CV axle on my truck. Same day service and affordable Repairs!! Keep up the great work guys!!!

Great family owned shop. They really took care of my issue. Had low oil pressure issue going through the mountains. Got a check up and ultimately an oil change to ensure everything was back at 100%. Highly recommend it's hard to find a shop that I trust and this has become the 1!

Had what I thought was a mini-crisis with my Hyundai Tucson and an engine malfunction indicator light that popped up the night before. Called Andrew Saturday morning, prompt reply, came midmorning to see him and within 30 minutes he'd run a diagnostic and gave me a full picture of what he found was going on. Great experience and will certainly give him my business again.

So five stars to precision automotive they where very helpful and understanding.helped me with the warranty company on sending them all docs and reports etc. get my vehicle fixed after we found out that warranty company wasn't going to pay for it .I asked I I owed them they waved their cost .was very polite and professional.I will be hopefully use them in future and send anyone to them. We were visiting from out of town and had car trouble. I pulled in, Chase took my brother in law to get his car. I left my car overnight. They replaced the alternator by 10:00 am the next morning. They gave me a very fair price. Thank you!!

I called on Friday. Andrew told me to come in Monday morning. I brought my truck in Monday morning. I left it with him. It was done in a couple hours. It's hard to find a good mechanic that gets things done on time. Thank you.

Had a cooling problem with our Nissan Titan . Chase had to run test after test that showed nothing.Good mechanic that he is ,he figured out the problem, replaced the bad parts and got us running again. He even gave us his home phone number in case we had further problems over Easter weekend. Can not say enough great things about this shop.
