Hi My name is Domenic Albergo, I have a 2016 Lincoln Navigator. I used to bring it to the Lincoln dealership in Schaumburg to get serviced but I asked the Lincoln dealer if I can bring my suv to the ford dealership because it’s closer and they said yes. It was the best choice I made. I called the service department at the Ford dealer to get both of my key fobs reprogrammed and spoke to Eric he was so nice and professional he set my appointment for the same day. So my appointment was to go to the dealership so they can program my key fobs. Eric called me back and said that they do offer a mobile service that can come right to my house I said that was even better but not only did he tell me about the mobile service he also told me that there was a recall on my suv and he can get that done at the same time that also impressed me so they came to my house. The technician that came over was I think his name was Andrew or Adam I’m sorry I’m very bad with names but anyway he was also very nice,helpful,respectful and professional he was at my house for about an hour but not only did he take care of everything I called for he also checked my remote starter because it wasn’t working but he had no luck with it so he recommended that I bring my suv to the dealership which I was ok with that.I will definitely keep dealing with Eric because of how professional he was and very friendly. So thank you service department at the Ford dealership for making my experience very pleasant.
