Appointment at 9AM 4/3/25 confirmed quote given on Tuesday there was a little difference however it was worked out. Bradley came and shook my hand upon completion of 4 tire installation. I was very impressed with this, an honest hand shake always seals the deal for me. I will share my experience with other's, please continue to provide other's with experiences such as mine. Took my wheel in from my motorcycle to have a tire mounted, ( called and made sure they could do motorcycle tires before hand and they said yes) basically a brand new motorcycle and this is how I get my rim back. gashed and scratched on multiple spots of the rim wheel was in perfect condition before I brought it in. They tried to tell me the machine does not touch that part of the rim but you can clearly see the machine hit it in 4 different spots and it’s the same mark evenly spread out around the rim. They put in a request to corporate to get the rim replaced. It’s been two weeks. They told me I would Hear back in 24-72 hours.I haven’t heard a word. I call up there and just get left on hold. Will continue to spread the word to not come to this store to all friends and family very disappointing

Update: I was reimbursed $388. I’m grateful that I got my money back. The manager Chad was professional despite my anger and attitude. RNR tire in Battle Creek are thieves. I got tires from them in October with the 120 days same as cash deal. $1200 with taxes and fees. They have debited my account for $1660. I have called once, went into their office. They said I still owe $367. They said I missed payments, I opened up my checking account and showed them every single debit taken from my account. I still have not gotten my money back or heard from them, so I’m going to publicly post that someone is laundering money from within their establishment! Google is next. Small claims is next. If you got tires there, check your account!!

Blew a tire on 94 and called around for a tire - Rachel knew her stuff —CALL HER! This place was great - reasonable, fast and out the door in 30 minutes. Easy to find, clean showroom and great service and reasonable!!
