Well... Not to impressed. First time going there. Scheduled appointment for four new tire to be put on my truck. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful to mention. Four tires mounted and balanced took almost two hours. I was patient yet that goes so far. Got into my truck after the work was done and the dash lights lit up as all four tires were low pressure. Might be because he was on his phone for half the job. Waiting area and bathroom were one out of ten to mention. Nice guys but they need a manager with B.... and disaplin!

Never take your car to Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers on Columbia in Battle Creek. I called and made an appointment over the phone was told standard oil change was $49.99 so I scheduled my oil change and I went in. I waited for it to get done then went up to pay and it was $70.69 I guess there was a bunch of taxes and fees that they don’t tell you about so anyways I pay the $70.69 in cash and I go out to my truck I look at my tires. Make sure my tires are rotated because you’re supposed to get a tire rotation with your oil change so I walk around my truck and I see that all my tires are in the same spot. They have not been rotated. The reason I can tell is because I have different rims and different tires on so I can tell none of them have been moved. So I went back inside and talked to this man named Brady who said he was the manager. He tells me oh they forgot to rotate my tires. Remind you, they did not tell me this and we’re just about to let me leave. So I say OK how long is it gonna take for you to rotate the tires? He tells me he has to wait for somebody to get back from lunch then there’s a truck already on the lift so I gotta wait for the guy to get done working on this truck now and get back from lunch so it’s gonna be over an hour just to get my tires rotated that were already supposed to have been done I tell him I don’t have time to wait. Can i come back a different time? Can you give me a discount? What can we do? He tells me the only thing he can do is give me a phone number so he tries to call his boss can’t get a hold of his boss to get me the phone number so he just gives me some random number so I went back out to my truck and started it first thing that pops up oil change is due so once again I go back inside talk to Brady. Let him know that they did not reset. The computer in my truck still says oil change due so he walks out with me and says sorry about that. Our technicians should have done that. So not only did I not get my tires rotated They did not reset my computer system so It still said oil change due and they were just gonna let me leave like that and I would’ve left like that if I didn’t actually look for myself to make sure that they did their job which they did not so who even knows if my oil and filter Even got changed this place is a joke. Seriously $70. You did not reset my computer system. You did not rotate my tires and you tell me have to wait for a guy to get back from his lunch and wait until he gets done working on a truck that’s already on the lift because you guys didn’t rotate my tires like you were supposed to.

What a scam. We purchased two new tires and paid for an alignment. Less than two weeks and both tires were flat so we had to make time to get back there. After raining, you could see ait bubbles coming from the tire stems. Upon telling them about the flat tires, they proceeded to charge us $70 to repair the bad tire stems because we didn’t pay for roadside hazard. It was a manufacturing error and we were charged for them to repair their faulty tires. Will never be back and none of our families either. What a joke!

Just got done with an oil change at this place was quoted on the phone 4999. I got there and it ended up being $70 cause all the taxes and fees for a standard oil change supposed to get a free complementary tire rotation with your oil change so I paid for my Service when they said it was done I go out and check my tires because I have different tires and different rims. They’re all in the exact same location. None of them have been rotated so I go back in and talk to the manager Brady he says his name is. they tell me oh it slipped their mind about the tire rotation. I’m gonna have to wait for someone to get back from their lunch, get done working on a truck that’s on the lift in there and then he can rotate my tires so it’s gonna be an hour or more. I said I don’t have time to wait I have to be to work. Can you give me a discount? He could not give me a discount so I was just expected to wait an hour or more there when I had an appointment and it was already supposed to be done they weren’t gonna tell me my tires weren’t rotated And we’re just gonna let me leave. They did not give me a discount. Only thing they gave me was a number to call. So I got out and started my truck and it still said oil change due so I Went back inside once again and let them know and Brady said I’m sorry our technician must’ve forgot so not only did I not get my tire rotation they did not reset my Computer system so it still said oil change due Just a very all-around unprofessional highly do not recommend never go here

Called the first time. They expected it to be 4 hours, but examined the car first. The estimate was much higher than quoted over the phone, but still cheaper than other estimates. I didn't have the money at the time, so I left and came back another time. They got me in and out on the next visit. Just glad tgey didnt make me wait 4 hours on the first visit. Will definitely be back.
