Rize Auto LLC Introduce

Rize Auto LLC, with addresses at 211 S Broadway St and 1266 W High Ave, New Philadelphia, OH 44663, USA, operates within the "Auto Repair Stations" platform category, though the provided customer reviews indicate it functions prominently as a **used car dealership** that also provides **auto repair services**. This dual role means they are involved in both the sale of pre-owned vehicles and the subsequent maintenance and repair of these, or other, vehicles. For local users in New Philadelphia and the surrounding Tuscarawas County, Rize Auto LLC aims to be a resource for acquiring a vehicle and addressing its mechanical needs.

The environment at Rize Auto LLC, as depicted through customer experiences, appears to be a point of considerable contention. While one review speaks positively of "good people who will try to help you get into a car you can afford," suggesting an initial welcoming and customer-focused approach, another review paints a picture of extreme dissatisfaction and frustration. The negative review describes a "complete nightmare from the very beginning," indicating an environment where promises regarding vehicle reliability and safety were reportedly not met. The loaner vehicle issue, with "threads showing out of the rear tire," and the recurring problems with the purchased Volvo, suggest potential issues with vehicle preparation and safety checks. Furthermore, the report of "ashes from a cigarette on my door Inside" when the vehicle was in service points to a lack of professional care for customers' property. This contrasting feedback makes it difficult to paint a singular picture of the environment; it suggests that experiences can vary dramatically, from seemingly helpful and accommodating to deeply problematic and disappointing, particularly concerning vehicle safety and shop practices.

Rize Auto LLC offers two primary categories of services: **used vehicle sales** and **auto repair**. In terms of vehicle sales, they aim to help customers find cars that meet their needs and budget, including offering "affordable monthly payments" and working with individuals on financing. The example of the "2010 Ford Fusion" and the "2013 Ford Focus" indicates they deal in a range of mainstream used vehicles. For their auto repair services, they undertake mechanical work to address vehicle issues. Specific repair instances mentioned include addressing a "transmission stutter" on a Ford Focus and diagnosing and attempting to fix "starting issues" and an "electrical problem" (addressed with a "toggle switch for the heater") on a Volvo XC90. Another positive review highlights an instance where they "fixed it immediantly the same day for free" when a newly purchased car was found to be "leaking gas," demonstrating a willingness to address immediate post-sale issues. They also appear to perform general diagnostics and part replacements, as indicated by the Volvo needing a "starter" and "waiting on a part."

The features of Rize Auto LLC, based on the provided information, are complex and present a mixed bag. One notable feature is their stated aim to help customers with **financing, particularly for those who need "affordable monthly payments,"** suggesting a focus on accessibility for a wider range of buyers. They also appear to have a policy of providing **loaner vehicles** when a purchased car requires significant repair, which, despite the safety concerns raised in one review, is a service not all dealerships or repair shops offer. Their ability to **address immediate post-sale defects quickly and without charge**, as seen with the gas leak, is a positive feature indicating accountability in certain situations. However, several concerning features are also highlighted. A significant concern is the **reported lack of thorough inspection and reliability assurances** for vehicles sold, exemplified by the Ford Focus's transmission issues and the Volvo's recurring starting problems. The **safety of loaner vehicles** is also a critical feature, with the exposed tire threads being a major red flag. **Inconsistent and poor customer service** appears to be a feature, with reports of "no response" to critical safety concerns and a general feeling of being "brushed off" or "lied to." The unprofessional act of **smoking cigarettes inside a customer's vehicle** while in service is a serious negative feature that speaks to a disregard for customer property and professional conduct. Lastly, the reported lack of a tow vehicle and the expectation for the customer to arrange towing when their car breaks down, especially after repeated failed repairs, highlights a deficiency in comprehensive support services.

Regarding promotional information, Rize Auto LLC's primary promotion, implicitly, is its **commitment to helping customers get into an affordable vehicle**. The positive review directly states, "Really good people who will try to help you get into a car you can afford!" This focus on accessible car ownership and financing options serves as their main draw. The instance of fixing the gas leak immediately and for free also functions as a strong promotional point, demonstrating a willingness to stand by their sales in certain circumstances and provide prompt service. However, specific, ongoing promotional campaigns like seasonal discounts on services or explicit deals on vehicle purchases are not detailed in the provided information. Given the nature of their business as a used car dealership and repair shop, potential promotions could include:

  • Special financing rates for qualified buyers.
  • Discounts on certain used car models.
  • Service packages for newly purchased vehicles.
  • Referral programs for existing customers.
  • Seasonal maintenance specials in their repair shop.
However, based solely on the provided reviews, the main "promotion" appears to be their perceived affordability and willingness to work with customers on car purchases. For any current or specific promotional details, individuals in New Philadelphia, OH, are advised to directly contact Rize Auto LLC at (234) 801-4790 or +1 234-801-4790. However, prospective customers should also consider all available feedback to form a comprehensive understanding of what to expect from this business.

In conclusion, Rize Auto LLC in New Philadelphia, OH, operates as both a used car dealership and an auto repair station. While one customer experienced a positive outcome regarding an immediate repair and affordable financing, another detailed a series of significant issues, including serious safety concerns with vehicles sold and provided as loaners, recurring mechanical failures after repairs, and perceived poor customer service and unprofessional conduct. These contrasting experiences indicate that while they may aim to offer affordable vehicle options and some repair services, the consistency and quality of these services, particularly regarding vehicle reliability and customer care, may be highly variable. Individuals considering doing business with Rize Auto LLC should proceed with caution and thorough due diligence, balancing the potential for affordability with the reported significant concerns.

Rize Auto LLC Customer Reviews

Do yourself, your family, your loved ones and friends a favor and don’t do business with this place. My wife and I, this entire experience with this place has been a complete nightmare from the very beginning. Needless to say, we needed a car because one of our vehicles broke down. So we ventured out and discovered Rize Auto LLC. They had a couple vehicles we seen online that we might’ve been interested in and we told them that we needed something reliable and safe for our And our family. They pointed us into the direction of a 2013 Ford focus And they assured us that this was reliable and safe and has no issues. So we took it for a test drive everything seemed fine until we eventually did the paperwork and bought the vehicle. Driving home It felt like it had a transmission stutter of some sort going on so immediately I took it back and the mechanic Ricky drove it and advised me that it was just a “gay “transmission and that all of these focuses Do this so it’s normal. I then asked them if it would be reliable and safe and they said of course There’s nothing to worry about. Couple days go by the transmission stutter gets worse and then eventually we’re all driving on the highway And the transmission starts acting up and completely doesn’t want to shift or do anything on the highway And we almost got hit by a semi . Thankfully, I was able to get off the highway and limp the vehicle back to the shop And that is where it sits today. They then decided that they would give us a loaner vehicle (2007 ford edge)that they had advised Me that they had just got it in, but I could drive it until they fix the focus or we get a different vehicle From them. This loaner vehicle they gave us was also unsafe, as I discovered that there was threads showing out of the rear tire a couple days after I had been driving it to and from Canton for work every day. I then message the shop with a picture of this asking what do I do? I got no response For maybe a day. Needless to say, I eventually took this vehicle back and told him that I felt unsafe in it and a vehicle that they had been working on to get us into was supposedly done and this is where the issues begin for the 2004 Volvo XC 90 That we got after we turned in the loaner vehicle from them in. We were told that it was done and everything was good to go. They put a toggle switch in for the heater and everything so it would have heat. (Something about an electrical problem). This vehicle was in and out of the shop due to starting issues. We would have the vehicle one day and it would be in the shop for a week then we would get the vehicle back. We were assured that it was fixed no more issues and then we will get it back And we drive it for a day and again having a very rough time starting. Eventually, the car broke down on my way to work to where I had to pull off to the side of the road on the highway eventually, I was able to get the vehicle started again, but it seemed like it was in limp mode. I drove it to the nearest gas station and shut it off for a little bit. That is where the vehicles would sit for a little bit of me trying to start it, and then was advised by the owner of the shop Leroy Hartline That they did not have a vehicle that they could tow my car with and then I would have to figure out how to get it To them. So I brought it to them in limp mode not able to go over 25 mph. That is when the vehicle was in the shop for a week waiting on a part. After I got the car back this time, had it for a day after being assured that everything was good with no issues the very next day we went to help friends out and drove the 2004 Volvo XC 90. when we went to leave the Car had no start. I had a buddy come try and jump it. still nothing seems like the starter went out. Customer service is poor. They smoked cigarettes in my vehicle when it was in service. And I know this because there was ashes from a cigarette on my door Inside. So like I said, do yourself your family, your loved ones and your friends a favor Do not do business here. Very disappointed..

I bought a vehicle a couple months ago. When I got it home we realized it was leaking gas. They took it back and fixed it immediantly the same day for free even though they weren't liable to fix it and I have had no other problems with this car at all. It's a 2010 ford fusion and it's a great car with affordable monthly payments. Really good people who will try to help you get into a car you can afford!

Great group of people, they were really helpful and down to Earth. They've treated us great so far and even went out of their way to fix something on the car we bought. And they did it for free when they wouldn't have had to do anything if they didn't want. Highly recommend if someone needs ride or even some work done. My credit isn't even that great and it wasn't an issue at all.

If I could give this place less than one star, I would. Finally came to an agreement on a 2004 dodge ram 2500 and picked it up Wednesday 7/10. I live in Cambridge, and made it 9.8 miles from the dealership before a death wobble came, and spun me around in the middle of 77 south twice at 70 miles an hour. A brake line blew, along with the steering stabilizer, both sway bar links, control arm, and track bar bushing. This was all within the hour I picked the truck up, stopped to get gas, and headed home. I called Leroy from the stone creek exit, and he asked what I wanted to do, to which i said first step is getting it to my job, where I work as a mechanic, and go from there. He agreed, and covered the cost of the tow. I then checked the vehicle out, and ordered parts, which I replaced later that day (7/11). I offered it to him that I would cover the cost of the labor, if he agreed to pay the cost of parts. I understand I thought the vehicle “AS-IS”, and he said it was good to go, but I never made it to my destination. And I almost wrecked, which could have been fatal at highway speed. I’m a very reasonable person, and all I want is the cost of the parts reimbursed. He has since blocked me from his personal Facebook page, and business Facebook page.
