These people went above and beyond to help us when our truck broke down on a trip from our home in Florida to our property in Kentucky. Nick sent a tow truck and an additional vehicle driven by Amanda to transport the three of us back to the shop. Shane the mechanic was able to diagnose, find the needed part and fix our problem while we waited. Nick even drove us to a nearby restaurant since my mother in law was unable to walk far. I don’t think I’ve ever encountered such great service combined with such amazing caring and compassion. Thank you again to everyone involved in helping us out. We feel blessed to have met you all!

Chuck and the staff are very knowledgeable. They helped me out in a very timely and easy manner. They fix problems that other mechanics might have done or didn't see. I would definitely recommend them to anyone

Jake and crew has been doing work for me for several years on most of my vehicles. Everything from tires and lift to brakes and even regular tires. Everyone is always friendly and up front with their service. No pressure for optional services like a lot of places, but they do inform you of them as needed. Overall a great place to take any vehicle for nearly any service. I don't even live near Laurens and I still take my vehicles there because I trust them to do the best job.

Always seem to have issues every visit. In the past have made appointments for alignments and dropped off my vehicle. Had one for 9 am called back at noon- not started yet. Called back a few hours later- same response. Finally finished before 5 pm . Had an appointment for tire rotation and alignment. Went to pick it up and told me it was ready- the alignment was done. Had to wait 45 minutes while they rotated the tires. Had another appointment- tire rotation and alignment. Went to pick it up and they added oil and filter change which I DID NOT order! They did not charge me, but seems like every visit is a hassle. I will find somewhere else that doesn't seem to have a problem with almost every visit. This happened at the Harper Street location.
