Went there once to get my vehicle fixed and it was good. I tried to go there for another vehicle a few years later and it was not great service. Since they are retiring they just close sometimes and they didn’t put up any signs, google said they were still open, it was frustrating. Kept being told to come back the next week for about 2 weeks in a row, they took our name and number and told us to call on Monday. I called on Monday and was told that they had two long term customers be towed in over the weekend so they wouldn’t be able to take ours for another two weeks because they were also going on vacation. Two stars because it was good the first time but no more than that because of poor customer service, won’t be going back. Guess that’s one way to get retired.

Took my vehicle up there and left it to have a diagnostic plug fixed and see why it was hard to start..left it til 1:30 pm..got charged 95.00 for him to fix a plug and run a diagnostic test . Was told we discussed a price range which we didn't. Told a friend what was going on took my vehicle to him .he found my fuel filter loose and the oxygen sensor wire hanging down (it wasn't before) and replaced a piece that went to my water lines that was leaking . I keep a very close watch on my vehicle none of those issues was present before .. Sorry I wont go back there .

My AC was still under warranty I took my car back to Gene Moore the AC was not fixed I got my car back with lights on the dash that wasn't on when I took it down there the cruise had stopped working and theAC buttons are not getting any power to them and he charged me 250.00 dollars to mess my car up so bad and due to what he had messed up I had to have my car loaded on a rollback and taken to a dealership
