Done my research and Rittman Auto has fair pricing. Not the cheapest but cheap doesn’t equal quality and they are quality. Friendly staff that make a point to remember you and call you by name. Quality and Honest work!! Trust the work to keep our vehicles running and my children safe driving. They even know the ins and outs to keep our factory dealer warranty accurate and secure.

Had to get my car checked out for uneven tire wear on the front end. Set up an appt. on a Friday for the following Monday. Techs checked out the issue and discovered I needed control arms, ball joints and an alignment on top of 2 new front tires I already knew I would need. Price was comparable with other local mechanics. They offered two different options for financing to get the job done. That process was quick and easy. Once I got financed all the repairs and tire replacement were finished the same day. They also included a loaner vehicle for the day at no extra charge. They were speedy, efficient, provided a high tech alignment and explained the entire process very well and provided excellent customer service. The only reason I didn't give a five star review is that I haven't driven the vehicle a lot and the problems the past issues caused take several months to manifest symptoms. I will update my review after a while.

Although this place isn’t necessarily cheap, they get the job done right. Quality work, like this place, isn’t cheap. But they had my car in and out in quite literally five hours. The service was some of the best ever, they were all very nice, understanding and helpful.

The team at Rittman Automotive were exceptional all around . They were quick to get my car in and promptly got back in touch to let me know what the diagnosis was and what it would cost. They knew what chaos I had been through with another place. They were truthful with me and confirmed everything I felt was wrong with the car. They not only got my car in to get fixed the next day, but they gave us one heck of a deal for trusting them after such an ordeal at the other place. Rittman auto loves to share their coupons! I personally am greatly appreciative for that! They also gave me a car to drive at no cost other than the usual bring it back with the same amount of gas it has when you take it. Top notch group here at Rittman automotive and I will be back! Brandon and Tony were very knowledgeable and empathetic about my situation. I can say my 2012 now drives like a new car! Thanks guys! I also want to mention that when calling around for prices for what we were told was broken RITTMAN AUTOMOTIVE was the ONLY place who gave a price but insisted on doing their own free of charge inspection before fixing anything to be sure it was indeed the problem. That gave me a tremendous amount of respect and trust for them!

I initially had my car at another shop. After three weeks and no results I called Rittman Automotive to see if they had an appointment. Not only did they squeeze me in but they had it fixed in a day, they sent me pictures and broke down each issue. They are super professional and even brought my car to my house when it was don’t because I didn’t have a ride. Thank you again Tony. You were awesome!! They are my new service department for all my cars. You won’t be disappointed.
