Altrux Repair

i've called three weeks in a row for a trailer broke down. First one was they had a guy on vacation. Second was they were buys and couldn't get to it this week. Third the guy wouldn't even hardly talk and said he couldn't get to it this week or next...and was really short. Just a terrible way to do business. They were recommended to go into a chemical plant but are not willing to help out someone outside their normal customers. i would have gave zero stars.

Quick repair , back on the road .... but no p.r. someone was having a bad day .... and way to angry to talk to customers correctly .

Valve seized cyl head exit 7 on I-76 and got wrecker tow me down to Rittman. Got cyl head replaced and now after a month and 11,000 miles she's still ticking over sweetly. Good job Chris.

The service manager is a great guy he has great prices and will treat you very well

If you are ever near the rittman area and need work done to your tractor/trailer these guys have great prices vs. The commercial truck stops that charge you more for half the work 👍
