Ricart came through on getting my loan financed, even when my credit union didn't help me. I would recommend this place for anyone struggling with financing. That being said, I felt like the process took a long time; I spent several hours at the dealership and only test-drove two cars, with a lot of waiting. Other dealers are faster and more straightforward. I also had to wait about a week to pick up my car after initially being told it would be ready the next day. I don't mind waiting for things to be done right, but promises should be realistic. So far, I'm satisfied with my car, and I think it was a good deal.

My contact Joe Eddy made my stop to the service department one that was smooth and hassle free. I had a loaner vehicle within a half hour of dropping off my vehicle that he set up, and I was on my way. Upon completion of the service I was shown what was done to the vehicle, and he explained everything in detail. I would go back to ricart Nissan service again no hesitation!
