I had okay service at RAP Automotive, but the company did not honor the estimate they gave me. Fixing my heater cost more than $100 more than the estimate. This was AFTER I paid in the $250-range for them to determine what was wrong in the first place. After receiving the estimate, I called other companies to see what they charged and it was comparable. I will seriously reconsider using them again. They couldn't be bothered to tell me about the cost changes even though I was sitting in their waiting area.

I thought I would take my truck in for an oil change. Made the appt. Very friendly staff and they did an excellent job servicing my vehicle. Will make them my regular go to spot.

Lowell and Chris do a great job. Really appreciate their expertise and hard work on all my stuff! They do the research, communicate about questions, and do quality work! I highly recommend, especially if you have an antique or classic vehicle.

This is the best group of mechanics I've found in this area. I've had them perform regular maintenance and major repairs. Always in a timely manner and top quality. I would recommend them to anyone needing auto repairs.
