Dave's Auto Repair - Lincolnway

My window would not roll back up after I hit the auto down button on my way to work one day in negative degree weather. Called Dave's they got my truck in extremely fast. Even offered to drop me back off at work. Called me within 30 min letting me know my window regulator broke and had it fixed the same day. Works like a champ will definitely be bringing my truck back next time I need work done 10/10

I was very impressed with Dave's. They did the work, and the bill was less then we thought it would be!! Plus, as I had major surgery, I was not able to drive. Dave's delivered my vehicle, put it in the garage, made sure the garage was locked!! The young man that came was very polite and friendly. Thank you Dave's Automotive!! I am very blessed to have found Dave's auto repair.They were very spot on with the issue I was having with my 2014 Equinox.They even gave me a vehicle to drive so I could get to work.They definitely know how to treat there customers!!!So pleased with how my car runs now.This will absolutely be where I take my vehicles from now on.Thanks again for the excellent work you guys do!!From Tammy Hall

Dave’s auto repair is great. I had them do an oil change and replace my tire monitor sensors. The service was great, the pricing was great. The lobby and bathroom are really clean. Being from the automotive world myself it’s rare to find such a friendly and professional place. I’d recommend Dave’s auto repair to all my friends and family.

Prices can be a little high but they offer coupons. They can always get our cars in soon. Good customer service. The actual car service is good, comes with warranty. And if we wait at their building we always have good coffee and goodies. Plus the massage chair.

I was in Goshen visiting family when my cars' check engine lights came on. Called several other places that said they were too busy. Called Dave's...spoke with Chris who said they were also booked but said I could leave my car that afternoon and they would try to get to it. When I dropped my car off I spoke to Kim. She said it sounded like an easy fix, and it was! I was able to pick up my car the next day! Dave's team got me back on the road to Fort Wayne! I am so grateful for their kindness and impressed with the level of service! I would not hesitate to call Dave's Auto repair my go to auto service! Thank you again!

I have been a customer for Dave’s for years. I took my vehicle in for an oil change. I scheduled my appointment via text and verified said appointment. Showed up and was told that I was not on the schedule. After waiting awhile they were able to squeeze me in that day. Was told I needed rear brakes and a new oil pan because the drain plug threads were messed up. This vehicle has never gone to another place for an oil change over the last couple years and nothing has ever been said before about the oil pan. Got a second opinion on the rear brakes and was told that they have about 50% life remaining. In my opinion this business has gone downhill after Justin, Doug, and Blake have left.
