Dena and crew were truly amazing, not only correcting the minor warranty issues with our 3100 after almost two years of use, but also going through our trailer and correcting any other issue they found, no matter how minor. Brinkley customer care is the best in the industry without a doubt. We’ve never regretted buying our Brinkley, it’s truly a well built, beautiful home on wheels!!

We could write a novel on our experiences with the Brinkley Customer Care Team. From first contact they have been responsive, transparent, empathetic and supportive. These actions continued throughout the repair of our coach and even after our coach was returned home. It’s unbelievable the amount of effort Kari, Austin and their teams have put into ensuring our satisfaction from start to finish. Excellent customer service! Worked us i to their schedule and resolved the issue with the refrigerator by swapping it with a new one. I can not praise Dena enough. Just wish they would drop Furrion refrigerators. Too many issues.
