Affinity Rv Repair Group

We have a Solitude 369RSL that had some serious issues with the aluminum coach frame broken and other serious structural issues. We picked it up last Thursday and I have to say I couldn't have picked a better place to have the repairs done. When I dropped it off, Tammy and Rod spend a couple of hours going over what I wanted done and how to do it. Tammy explained that she and many other employees at Affinity used to build the coaches, in fact she is the one who originally put the decals on our unit. I flew home feeling very confident I made the right decision. However, nothing could have prepared me for the big reveal when we picked it up. They replaced floor decking, fixed the aluminum issue, and the attention to detail in improving the deck support and outriggers was impressive. The new paint on the front cap (repairing a horrible paint job by Universal RV in Commerce City CO) looked beautiful. They pulled the phylon and re-attached the bedroom walls, and some other strengthening. They have an improved method for reattaching the wall that they probably don't want broadcast on the internet but looks like it will be a lot better. They went over it from end to end looking for frame problems. I do have a frame camber issue in the rear that is not really fixable but with the repairs they made we can live with it. Again, they took me through everything they did and thoroughly explained everything they did. I also had them install disc brakes. All in all, the communication, service, quality of repairs all exceeded expectations and we are already planning a return trip to get the carpet in the slide replaced with vinyl and get new furniture installed. I know it may seem crazy to put that kind of money (around $18k) into a ten year old trailer, but I think we made a good investment in a rig that will be reliable (a relative term for RVs) , and we damn sure picked the right place to have it done. Affinity is not only the best RV shop I've worked with, they are probably the best service organization I've worked with in any industry, and as an ex-service writer for an auto shop I know what good, bad and mediocre all look like. Affinity is above the herd.

Generally when you have to make a trip for service it is not a good thing. But once again I can not say enough about this company!!! In a day and age when many companies take short cuts, or make you feel like what ever happened had to be your fault. This company tops the list of honest, dependable service who back their work 100%. From the time you make your first phone call until you take off their lot, they will go over and beyond what is expected. It is worth the drive wherever you are coming from. Our experience with Affinity RV Repair Group has been hands down the best experience we have ever had with RV repair and customer service. We have a 2008 fifth wheel toy hauler with severe damage from road conditions and water intrusion. We were at a crossroads, buy a new RV or have this one repaired. Rod and his Team were honest about the work needed to our RV and provided us with enough information we needed to make our decision. We decided to have the repairs completed and we sure are glad we did. The work they executed was AMAZING! The attention to detail, the quality of work, and the open communication was very much appreciated. I have 3 different 5th wheel in the last 5 years, and I just buy in June 2024 a New Redwood 4200FL 2024 and like every RV come with a lot of item to be fix and I take it to Affinity RV Group and is the best experience I ever had with a company that fix RV’s I can tell you with out mistake they’re the Best in the USA period. I had a service appointment for this past week that was made last year. I had good communication in the weeks leading up to my planned arrival. Once I was there, Tammy walked me around the RV and documented my concern areas, and I threw a few more as a WISH LIST while it was there. I cannot say enough great things about the entire team at Affinity, as they went above and beyond. Not only did they repair my original list, they addressed EVERY item I added at arrival, and on top of that we had 2 "OH SHIT" moments that happened and they tackled BOTH seamlessly. My Redwood is fixed and ready to go yet again. ! ! I will gladly make the 650 mile trip back for any repairs/service as they are 100% top notch ! ! Joe from PA

The etire staff was just amazing. The left side of our camper was damaged from an accident and I just had no idea who to take it to. I received recommendations on Facebook Montana group to use Affinity. That was a long way from Waynesville NC. Was it worth the drive and complication. I contacted Affinity and Squeak got the pleminiary information along with some pictires and the conversation started. I made the claim with Geico and we were off. I made arrangements to drive up to Goshen, stay overnight, leave my truck at Affinity and fly home, leaving the camper up there for 3 weeks. Affinity wirked with Geico to hammer out the details of the repairs and went to work. After flying back I found my camper like new. It was beautiful. I can't say enough good about Affinity, the repairs, the kindness of allowing me to leave my truck in their secure facility. I would definitly recommend Afffinity to anyone from any distance. We have taken many RVs to Affinity for varying degrees of repair over the years. Their work is the best in the area. The staff is always friendly and communication is never an issue. I highly recommend them for any repair big or small.
