Had a great experience and ended up with a beautiful truck. The sales professional Santos Garza spent a lot of time with us as we were undecided about buying. He allowed us to take the vehicle home for the night to get a good feel for it. Ended up taking the truck. The Financial manager Casey Richardson was also great to work with. She explained everything in detail. Only problem we ran into was since the truck was originally sold to someone in French speaking area of Canada the owners manual was in French. Santos found us a manual in English and purchased it for us. Very happy with these people and our truck.

Made an appointment for an alignment, dropped my vehicle off and didn't hear from them for 6 hours. I called to ask if the job was finished and they hadn't gotten to it yet, and weren't sure if they'd get to it today.. Why even schedule appointments if they don't mean anything ? Employees made excuses, I purchased my vehicle from this location and they have gotten all my service work until today. Not again.

My car was sitting there for over two weeks, I called twice during that time , the first time he said they didn't get to it yet the second time I called , he asked if I had the right place. I responded with.....the make, color of suv and that he has the key. He waited a few seconds, said "here's the key". It was hanging up, the front desk dude did not write up a ticket for my vehicle. It was almost a month before it was fixed. I confronted the person who did it, he apologized only after I asked for one, and responded with....well sometimes it take up to six months to get it back. Which is a bunch of 🐂💩. Plus he missed the POINT....he didn't write up a ticket for the vehicle and the first time I called he didn't even look for a ticket, and said they didn't get a chance to look at it.🤥
