Absolutely fantastic! I came in for a quick tire patch after I noticed a nail in my right rear tire. Abraham and his team took care of me right away and followed through with the best customer service I’ve seen in a very long time. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I’ll definitely be sharing this experience with all my friends, friends and family in the area.

I had a good experience. Initially, I contacted the phone number on the website and that representative sent me a coupon for an oil change. I brought that coupon to the store and it was honored with no problem. About an hour later my vehicle was ready for pick up. They suggested brakes be changed, but didn’t provide any pressure when I said not at this time. Easy in and easy out. I had a good experience.

I recently had an emergency flat tire replaced, along with an oil change and alignment check at Ramona Tire, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Tony and the team were not only professional, polite, and honest—they didn’t try to upsell any unnecessary services—but they also went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I had my baby with me, and they thoughtfully gave him a bear to enjoy while we waited. One of the service technicians even drove me back home after replacing the tire, then returned to complete the remaining services, and they even offered to pick me up from my home! It’s rare to find such exceptional care and customer service in the auto industry. I will be going to them for all future vehicle services and highly recommend!

Called this morning to get a quote for an alignment on my truck, and Tony helped me out. He was super helpful and provided a same day appointment. Took my truck in and received great customer service. Received updates on my vehicle. All my questions and concerns were answered. Their prices are very resonable! Thank you manager Tony.

Tony, The manager was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and great customer service skills. I went in to have four tires replaced, told him I was gonna be shopping around and just his attitude alone made me reconsider that. I will definitely come back for future service! My Mustang is happy now!

Tony took really great care of me, was very informative with up front estimates and updates on the work I had done on my truck there. Very professional, even the technician came out to speak with me about the work performed once they finished up. I would highly recommend them for wheels, tires, shocks, etc.

This is my new favorite location for Ramona Tires. Everyone is always so friendly, and the wait time is always pretty short. The inspections are pretty thorough, too. They provide detailed pictures of items that may need to be looked at during the oil changes. As far as tires go I received a great deal on a set of tires last time I needed them. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone!

I had an excellent experience with this team! They are professional, transparent, and committed to quality work. I came in for a brake job after my dealer, who originally recommended them, couldn’t fit me in until late March. I requested all OEM parts, and they had no problem accommodating my request. Unfortunately, the rotors ordered from the dealer arrived defective, but Abraham quickly identified the issue and showed me the defect before returning them. He then recommended a better replacement (jury’s still out, but so far, so good). I really appreciated the time he took to explain everything and ensure I felt confident in the decision. I’ve had this truck for eight years, always serviced by the dealer, but that may change. The shop’s convenient location, flexibility in working around my schedule, and, most importantly, the professionalism of the team—especially Abraham’s dedication to getting everything done right—left a lasting impression. Thank you, Abraham and the team at Ramona Tire! You’ll definitely be seeing me again, along with my other vehicles.

Second time I have been here to have oil change and rotate tires. Always greeted hello and offer of coffee, tea and or hot chocolate. Yes it's there, but it's nice to feel welcomed. They get the job done in a timely fashion, great prices and when I got into my car, there was a little gift inside. It's the little things that go a long way!
