Big O Tires

Travis and his team provided great customer service. I brought in my 2021 Toyota Tacoma and wanted bigger tires and they made sure the tires fit and gave me some options to choose from. Overall amazing experience and would recommend anyone visit them to get a good deal on tires and great customer service.

Danny was amazing. Helped me with a full new set of tires and didn’t try to over charge me like the other two shops I visited. They have great deals for the alignment and tires I would definitely recommend. Danny was a big help I really appreciate him.

Chad was great, I got to the store as soon as they opened and he was able to get my truck serviced despite being short staffed. He gave me all the information I needed, answered all my questions. I don’t feel like he sold me anything I didn’t need. He was through and professional. I had previously price shopped and I think I got the best bang for my buck. I got all new tires on my Silverado and alignment. They even show you on a screen in the lobby the diagnostic part of the alignment. Happy with my service.

Amazing customer service!!! I came in with a flat tire on my 4Runner and asked if they could repair before a certain time because I had work. They got it done so quick and did great job. Also saw how great of customer service they were providing for other people and for myself. Definitely will come back for any other repairs on my car! 11/10 :)

Tire pressure sensor went out on my 2012 Prius. Had extended warranty and Big O is a warranty service provider. Sometimes it’s a bit of a hassle to get warranty coverage, but Big O didn’t hesitate. Replaced all four sensors at no charge to me and sent me on my way. Fast and easy. Highly recommend!

I had service done (oil chnage and tire rotation) and they were done in 45 minutes. Checked everything and recommended replacements on brakes, tires and filters in about 6 months. No pressure to add any services that were yet necessary. Very pleased!

Came in to the shop late in the afternoon with a nail in my tire. The guys had me in and out with a tire patch in less than 30 minutes. It’s like having Big O Pit Crew around the corner. Thank you for the great service.
