Well I didn't realize they had a Mesa location untill after I placed my order - like right after. So I tried calling, immediately, so that I could edit that order by picking it up myself rather than have it shipped, saving me time as well as $. However a recording informed me that 'Due to Covid they could no longer be reached by phone'! What? I'd have to text or email them instead, which, obviously, I did. By the time I received a reply I was told that it was too late, ofcourse, to edit my order. Stated my order was being shipped and my tracking number was included via link in the email , which did not work! You gotta be kidding me - can't contact by PHONE due to Covid? Don't know how not answering a phone call protects you from Covid, I do know, however, that the ability to make and have answered, one simple call, could have saved a little time, aggravation, money and obviously, made for a much happier customer who'd be happy to do business with them in the future! We'lll have to see if the product gives a better impression than the one I've gotten already. Let's hope!

I have not bought anything from this place but I just called to see if they had my radiator in stock and I got a man on the phone that could barely communicate with me and needed to see my radiator to see if he had one that matched. It just did not make any sense. Good luck with your business. I thought autozone was hard to talk to.

The lack of customer service or care for the customer is amazing with this company. First I received the correct radiator but it was damaged in shipping. At this point no big deal. Called in and spoke to a guy who said no problem will ship another out asap. 3 days later a radiator shows up but is not for this vehicle. I call back and the guy pretty much laughing at the situation and says ill get an email with further instructions by end of day. Never happens. So I call the following afternoon again he laughs and says I should get an email next week with further instructions. Still no resolution or anyone from this company who care to try and resolve it (if they even answer the phone)
