Great family business. When we moved to this area 10 years ago, we wanted to find a trustworthy repair shop, and we found it at R & R. They have done so many things to go out of their way for us, which is so appreciated. There was also one time when the car was making a noise, I took it in, and they were able to explain it and said there was no problem - and no charge! That removed any doubts we might have had (not that we had any).

Tow truck driver was extremely rude, only worried about getting paid, not how they could best help me after a car crash. Refused to tow vehicle to repair shop, took it to their shop instead and charged me for storage. Called to get my vehicle towed to a repair shop, and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS EVER! If you do, you do so at your own risk!!
