Premier Auto Coatings Introduce

Premier Auto Coatings, located at 707 N Main St, Brillion, WI 54110, USA, is an auto parts store that also operates within the category of Auto Repair Stations. This establishment aims to serve the local community by providing a range of automotive parts and potentially offering repair services. You can reach them via phone at (920) 756-9500 or by mobile at +1 920-756-9500.

When considering an auto repair station, the overall environment often plays a significant role in a customer's experience. While specific details about the interior and exterior aesthetic of Premier Auto Coatings are not readily available, most auto parts and repair shops in similar settings prioritize a functional and organized space. This typically includes a reception area for customer interaction, a waiting area that might offer basic amenities, and a garage or workshop where vehicles are serviced. Cleanliness and organization within these spaces are generally indicators of a professional establishment. For a business like Premier Auto Coatings, being an auto parts store combined with repair services, one would expect to see shelves stocked with various automotive components and a designated area for vehicle diagnostics and repairs.

As an Auto Repair Station, Premier Auto Coatings is expected to provide a variety of services essential for vehicle maintenance and repair. These commonly include, but are not limited to, routine oil changes, tire rotations and balancing, brake inspections and replacements, fluid checks, battery testing, and general vehicle diagnostics. Given their dual role as an auto parts store, customers might also find a wide selection of replacement parts readily available for purchase, which can be beneficial for both DIY enthusiasts and those seeking professional installation. More complex services, such as engine diagnostics, transmission repairs, suspension work, and electrical system troubleshooting, are also services that customers might seek from an auto repair station.

However, customer experiences can vary, and it's important to consider a range of feedback when evaluating any service provider. One customer review highlights a negative experience involving an alignment service. According to this review, after suspension and steering component replacements on a Toyota Corolla, the vehicle was returned with the ABS light on and traction control not working. The reviewer, who identified themselves as a mechanic, expressed concerns about the shop's ability to resolve the issue, stating that the staff, including an "electrical expert," seemed unable to clear the code even with a Snapon unit. This reviewer eventually received a refund but felt the alignment was not properly performed. They also expressed strong concerns about the shop's knowledge and skills, suggesting that taking a vehicle there would not be advisable. This experience implies potential challenges with electrical diagnostics and certain specialized repair procedures.

In contrast, another customer provided a positive review, commending Premier Auto Coatings for their prompt service and polite and helpful staff. This individual recommended the shop for service, describing it as an "honest and good shop." This conflicting feedback underscores the importance of individual experiences and preferences. While one customer had a highly negative encounter, another found the service to be satisfactory and reliable. This suggests that some aspects of their service, such as customer interaction and general quick service, might be areas of strength, while others, like complex electrical diagnoses, might be areas where experiences differ.

Features of Premier Auto Coatings, based on the available information, include its dual function as both an auto parts provider and an auto repair station. This integration can be convenient for customers, as they might be able to purchase parts and have them installed in the same location. The facility's location on N Main St in Brillion, WI, makes it accessible to local residents. The availability of both phone and mobile contact numbers also indicates a commitment to customer accessibility. The varying customer reviews highlight a mixed bag of features; while some customers praise the polite service and quick turnaround, others raise concerns about diagnostic capabilities and the quality of specific repair work, such as alignments.

Regarding promotional information, specific current promotions or discounts for Premier Auto Coatings are not available from the provided data. However, typical promotional strategies for auto parts stores and repair shops often include seasonal discounts on services like tire rotations or oil changes, rebates on specific parts purchases, or special offers for new customers. Local businesses also frequently engage in community sponsorships or offer loyalty programs to encourage repeat business. For Premier Auto Coatings, considering the mixed reviews, it might be beneficial for them to emphasize their strengths, such as customer politeness and quick service, while potentially addressing the concerns raised about specialized diagnostics. Any promotional efforts would likely focus on building trust and showcasing their capabilities, particularly for routine maintenance and common repairs, which seem to be areas where positive experiences have been reported. Potential customers are encouraged to contact Premier Auto Coatings directly via phone at (920) 756-9500 or +1 920-756-9500 to inquire about current services, parts availability, and any ongoing promotions.

Premier Auto Coatings Customer Reviews

I've gone away from leaving reviews, but I'm going to this time as it will help more people not get screwed. I'm sharing my story that happened a while ago because people I know have been screwed over going here recently. My experience was a while ago and I can definitely say as a mechanic myself, I was super shocked back then and I'm not surprised it's still a place screwing people over. So I was working on my buddy's Toyota corolla and rebuilt his entire front suspension and steering compartments. I mean all of it, upper control arm, lower control arm, quick struts, inner and outer tie rods, and even all the brakes all the way around. I just didn't have an alignment rack and was hoping this place could be reasonable. They gave me the vehicle back with the abs light on and traction control not working. They tried to deny it was them and after telling them I was a mechanic myself and calling them out, they were willing to take it back in but had no idea how to change the code or reset it even with a Snapon unit! I demanded a refund and after some back and forth I got a refund and still needed an alignment even though they "did one". Had I lost traction with my buddy's car, and got into an accident, they would've been liable and they couldn't of cared less. I literally argued that and it's really the only reason the owner gave me a refund. I don't understand how his "electrical expert" couldn't figure it out. You can literally take two paper clips and connect them in a sequence and put off exactly the same code as the Snapon unit to reset the ABS and traction control. I did it in less than 10min tops. This is just my opinion, but based off of my friends experiences and mine, this place seriously lacks the knowledge and skills it needs to be successful. I wouldn't trust taking anything here.

Took my car in on short notice for service. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Service was great and I had my car back quick. Would recommend to have service done here if looking to go to an honest and good shop.

Stay away this place is a joke and they are CROOKS!!!! I brought my truck to them because I had an oil leak asked them to replace the seals and gaskets they quoted me 1200 bucks well they broke a starter and they had me pay for a new one then they changed the flywheel and made pay for that too and they put 12 dollars a piece spark plugs in and charged me for that I specifically told them before they started to put all original parts back in they said they couldn’t take them out (they are made to be replaced) what u mean u can’t remove them!!! Crooks I say and then they charged me 100 more dollars for each part and when I questioned them on it they told me that’s how they keep their lights on!!! That’s why they charge 100 bucks an hour I thought LoL they must have very expensive light bill don’t know why they close so early every day and they had my truck for 5 weeks and then charged me double and now it’s a tick in ygr engine and when brought it back they said they didn’t touch the side the tick is coming from “really “ u had the engine apart u liers won’t honor their work!!!!! Stay away far away!!!!!!!!

If I could do zero stars I would! I specifically went there because a friends dad is a mechanic there and I thought I had a better chance of them being fair with a woman. I took an old beater I bought for winter driving, I was quoted a price for fixing it, picked it up only to find they didn't fix the one thing that could be lethal! When I called about it they said sorry there was a miscommunication and that if I bring it back they would do it but it would cost me more money! So after 1700 dollars I still have a car I can't drive!
