Took my car there to get an oil change. Next time I was due for a change my trusted neighbor did my oil and as soon as he put the ratchet on to loosen the drain plug he realized it was loose and not even tightened. Just because they do quick oil changes doesn’t equal efficiency.

Horrible experience. Came in with low coolant and overheated on the way home. I asked them to add coolant, they said they would and they did not. They put on the form that the coolant was "checked" what a joke. Now I potentially caused further damage.

Went in on Saturday morning and I was in and outta there in no time. All 3 guys were very polite and professional. This is definitely my go to place every 7000 miles 😄 Thank u guys for the exceptional service

Arrived at 5PM and their hours list closing is 6PM. The vehicle in front of me pulled in and one of the technicians comes out to say that’s their last service of the day. I left work early to go this “convenient” option. It would be helpful for them to clearly state when they stop accepting customers.

Manager had an attitude the second I pulled in. Said he couldn't do the oil change because of a skid plate. Even though he did it on the same car months before. Will never go back with his attitude. Too bad, used to take all my cars there.

ALWAYS the friendliest staff! Kind, courteous and professional. I never mind rolling through for an oil change. I've also had the 4x4 service done... 200000+ miles, still going strong.
