This is the review I did everything in my power to NOT write. I tried everything I could, for a long time, to make this relationship with Quick N Out work. My wife and I purchased an Airstream Interstate that had a number of issues which the dealer hid from us or flat out lied about. I consider myself pretty handy so I set to fixing what I could by myself. In the meantime, I KNEW I needed and wanted a relationship with an RV repair company in the local area but I had a hard time finding anyone worthwhile. I knew I wanted to replace the batteries with Lithium batteries, new charging system, and solar panels. I had a highly reviewed and regarded company lined up but I ended up going with Quick N Out. Their price was better up front but I, again, wanted to develop this relationship. For clarity, let's address this chronologically. 1. Dead LP system. Suspected bad LP regulator. Hired QuicknOut to install. They did not have a water column gage that you must have to set the regulator. They installed it and it worked briefly until the gas in the lines was gone. Then it stopped working. I paid about $200 to them and ended up having to go to a generator company. The Cummins dealer had it done in about 45 mins including a full oil change and new spark plug. The tech stated that you have to really know what you're doing to set the flow on an LP regulator as it has no wiggle room. I paid twice to have the job done. They knew they screwed up the job but never offered to refund. 2. I have electric window blinds in my rig. Two were not functioning I paid QuickNOut $350 cash for one of them to be fixed and Good Sam paid for the other. Neither were completed. I then asked Quick N Out to convert them to manual blinds as many other Interstate owners have done. I even sent them all the info from the Airstream boards about this project. They failed at that too. Now I have to take it to Airstream in Ohio to have it done properly (and pay again). I figure it will cost me another $700 to pay AIrstream. Lucas promised for MONTHS and MONTHS to cut me a check and it just showed up today. 3. They installed 400 Ah of lithium batteries, the inverter, charging system, 2 rigid solar panels, and a Victon monitor. It has been a comedy of errors. They had my rig for months and when they gave it back to me, the rig was filthy inside and out. little to nothing worked properly. Solar panels have never worked properly (or you just can't see the charge rate because that wasn't hooked up right or programmed correctly either.) The wiring is a rat's nest. Extremely unprofessional-looking install under the rear bench but the controller display install is great. Lucas repeatedly told me he would fix it, but they have been saying that for almost a year now. I now have an appt with the gentleman I should have used originally. It will cost me at least another $2k to fix all the problems. I have never received a refund for any of this. 4. After my LP regulator was completed by another company, I still could not get my stove top to work. Lucas came out and got it working. 5. The macerator pump on my black and grey tank never worked. I bought the replacement and QuickNOut installed it. That repair worked. In closing, I genuinely like these guys. I really tried and I think they did too, up to a point. I think they want to do a great job but they are too young, inexperienced, and lacking in discipline to complete more complex jobs in a timeframe they and their customer can live with and they get overwhelmed and walk away. I think they are very good already at your typical, one-off repairs but I would be careful with giving them large-scale upgrade projects unless they can demonstrate experience and expertise in those technologies.

New company, young owners, poor warranty, their failed repair of $360 caused us having to replace entire roof of our travel trailer at 12 times the cost of their repair now $4500 for a new roof. Older brother Steve 27 years old was training younger brother Lucas 22 years old, 9/29/2023, repaired front rubber roof area as it was pulling from edge cost was $360. I asked about what we were to do if any problems, Steve replied I guarantee my work with a smile. We put our travel trailer in covered shelter storage for 6 months plus a few days. Upon returning from Florida 6 months and 3 weeks later, our repaired portion of roof was completely tearing back to the vent, now needing replacement. Securing the roof at that point did not change the need for a new roof. Lucas confused me for another customer and was rude by stating it was only a 6 month warranty and he told me we needed a new roof back in September, not true. Nothing was mentioned of only 6 months warranty as it was stored that entire time, and the rest of the roof was in good shape and had been maintained, it was actually mentioned by Steve, the rest of the roof was in great shape. Lucas refused to return initial repair cost of $360, which I said was the least they could do since we now are paying for an entire new roof because of the failed repair. I gave 2 star initially as I had high hopes this would be our go to company initially as Steve is very reasonable to talk with. But both our insurance and the new rv repair company in Lagrange state it was the failed repair which caused us to need a new roof, not a manufacturer error. So be careful. The boys offered to put a new roof on and deduct the previous repair cost of $360, but we are not comfortable with using them again after the poor interactions from Lucas and finding out now that their faulty repair caused us an expensive fix.

He was so kind and helpful! I was at a gas station changing my flat tire but unable to get the tire off. I was freezing, frustrated and crying in my car when the young gentleman came over with a mallet and knocked the tire right off and put my spare tire on for me too! We did a solar and lithium battery upgrade with a new 3000 W inverter On our Airstream interstate RV. These guys did a great job and I love the outcome. I would highly recommend them. The job gets done right and they’re great to work with.
