Gave us the wrong part twice leaving us stranded 30 miles away, kept making us buy another only to send the wrong thing and didn't care at all, Avoid this place they don't know anything about parts. The replacement arrived dirty and the wrong size, wasted $400..caused 900 in lost wages. DO BETTER! Still trying to get my money back.

Hey so I want to say that Beth K and all of her team are always kind, helpful, super knowledgeable in every situation. I have come to the store for over six years now and serviced five of my cars over the years and have never been steered wrong. The last part that I replaced was a windshield washer pump on a Lexus RX 330 that belong to my daughter with winter upon us, it’s very Necessary to have clean windshields in northeastern Indiana. Bruh, a return for tools should not be this complicated. I offered to go home and get the receipt, my bad I left it at home. Instead they made me wait while they tried to figure out how to process a return. I live 5 minutes from here, would have been way easier to go home and get the receipt than standing here waiting on people to figure out how to complete a return. They're saying I paid cash when I paid with a debit card and have the charges to prove it.
