Quality Care Auto Lube

I brought my 2021 ram 1500 to Quality Care. I explained to them that other places I had brought my RAM sometimes they had failed to clean one of the cross bars where oil drips after a oil change. So when you get home the oil drips on your driveway or in your garage. They took this information to heart and made sure that everything was cleaned up perfectly. I was hesitant to mention this but they said that I was glad I did and they were aware of this issue with RAM trucks. I brought my own oil not that they don't have great oil there it's just I use a specific brand that I prefer I also brought my own filter. Whatever oil or filter you bring they charge you $20 and there's no additional tax on that. The whole experience was a great deal from the guy who first guided me in to making my payment at the end on my truck was ready to go. I've been using another company locally but they just couldn't seem to get it right when it came to the oil dripping. So Quality Care was recommended to me by a friend and I'm glad of this recommendation. I've been a local for several years and I will continue to use their services in the future. Five stars and definitely two thumbs up for this excellent company located here in Bullhead City.

Awesome service, checked & filled all fluids, cleaned the air filter, checked the air in the tires, with fast professional service all for $47.83 I was so happy I left a $20 tip. Great People, Great oil chg!

If anyone ever needs auto/boat repair in Laughlin or Bullhead area this is your guy. We had 2 boats go down and both were back on the water in 1 day. Ask for James Harrison. He saved our vacation! Thanks! This guy know his stuff. He was quick and didnt charge us a crazy amount. We will be taking this guy starbucks GC for many years.

My car had a transmission leak. I ordered the seal from the car dealership out in lake Havasu, Jessica made sure they had it in time for my car to be repair. The guys that repaired it made sure I had it back in time to go to work. My car is driving so good right now, and the prices surprisingly low. Highly recommend them.

Truck doesn’t get driven much but a few weeks after the oil change I notice I puddle of oil under my truck, got under it to see oil coming off of oil filter. Filter was so loose you could turn it with your fingers. Called shop on a Thursday around 1pm but no picked up the phone.

I drove all the way from Needles cuz it said it was open till 3:30 got there at 2:30 and they were locked up had two in the Stalls wouldn't let me in bunch of jerks
