Back about 6 months give or take. I purchased a gas cap for my Jeep Patriot 2015. It's a 2015 but I put purchased it in 14. Anyway, the gas indicator light came on and I took it in today. Two people came out to check it. Gas indicator light kept coming on and the last person that helped me her name was Jackie +. She actually gave me a new gas cap to replace the one that I had purchased there earlier 6 months earlier and the gas indicator light came on. She said well drive it around for a little while. It might take it two or three times of starting it for the gas indicator light to go off. I said okay. Pso everybody was very nice. Very helpful. But the problem is still there so the problem has not been resolved + I started it there shut it off at my house which is probably about 3 mi from AutoZone and I don't plan on going anywhere today. I'm not sure when I'm going to go anywhere cuz I don't have to go anywhere but I can go out and start the car. So I thought about 4:00. I would go out and check it again and then before I go to bed. If the gas indicator light is still on then I plan on going back to AutoZone tomorrow

Went in for a failing car battery. Counter person grabbed a diagnostic unit and verified the problem. Because his shift was ending, though, he found us another salesperson to resolve our issue. The other gentleman then helped us to quickly identify the correct battery replacement, took payment, and proceeded with replacement on the spot. Car fired up right away. Excellent teamwork and service by this crew.

Jeremy was amazing best customer service. I was there a year ago and was treated really badly and haven't been back since, but because of Jeremy I will definitely go back for the best customer service I've had any long time

Back in November I had a battery that needed replacing on my 2015 Lexus. The store associate who I was working with whose name I can’t remember installed the new battery, but then connected the terminal cables backwards, causing sparks to fly, triggering my alarm, and resulting in over $3900 in electrical damage. The car had to stay in their parking lot overnight because several fuses were fried, preventing the car from being drivable. The next day, the manager John worked with me on getting a new fuse so that I could drive the car back home free of charge. Unfortunately, my infotainment system, backup camera and dashcam were destroyed as well. I had to drive the car to the dealer, which is 90 miles away in Henderson to have the repairs done. I would like to give credit to the store manager John Horton, for doing his part to make things right. HOWEVER, his regional manager Richard Aurelio and district manager Gerardo Jimenez have failed to return my numerous phone calls to them over the course of at least three months on updating me for reimbursement for the damages, which is the reason I’m writing this review. Due to their lack of poor communication and accountability, and now that I’ve been waiting for six months I am looking into taking legal action against Autozone for the damages. If anyone at Autozone corporate is reading this, please contact me ASAP so I do not have to sue for the damages your incompetent employee did to my once flawless Lexus IS250.

Michael S. At store 5301 was great. He helped my pick out a car battery for my Bronco. He was completely knowledgeable, patient and kind. He took out my battery and replaced it for me. I appreciate him and all his help!

Devan v is very handsome and helpful, found my parts quick and got me out the door fast so I can get to installing my part l. The store it self was very clean and put together very uniform will definitely be returning in the near future. Also the manager Isaac was very helpful on ordering the part I needed.
