Good repair shop, but it was a little expensive. You'll be charged the base fee even if they can not find the issue or replicate the problem. When they can replicate the problem and find the issue, they do an amazing repair job.

Bought a used car from Anderson Ford, Bullhead City, Arizona. Cameron was great, but Tom who closed my deal cannot be trusted. I signed papers with the understanding and agreement that they would not process funding until my credit union contacted me back with rates and cost for extended warranty. I signed papers on Wednesday, went back on Monday asking for a revised bill of sale for my credit union, and was told it had already funded. Four people at the table all hearing the conversation, and Tom denied what we agreed to and said the deal was done and there was nothing I could do about it. He then back pedaled saying I could refi the loan and cancel the extended warranty, and that he would talk to his GM. Turns out it funded the very next day. Tom took no responsibility for his actions, or lack of action of telling Finance to hold the paperwork, and it cost me $1500 more for the extended warranty and 1/4% more in interest rate with a credit union I had no prior relationship with. I filed a complaint with Ford because Tom and Heather (finance) acted like it was no big deal, and insisted nothing could be done. Ford confirmed the complaint was sent to the ĢM, who NEVER contacted me to discuss what happened. This tells me they have little to no regard for good customer service, and that they support staff who do shady deals. So buyer beware, not just with the staff at this dealership, but the 100+ point used car inspection failed to detect a major safety factor, the horn did not work, which is illegal in the state of Arizona!

Took in 2008 Ford Escape Hybrid for a code that it had and a service also a fuel leak. They fixed the fuel leak and the hybrid specialist mechanic started checking the vehicle, obviously not knowing how to work on 2008 Hybrid he some how said the hybrid battery was dead and needed $9,600.00 replacement or Nelson said he could get one for $6,600. I had the car towed home had a friend that knew this year come fix what Andersons Ford idiot screwed up. The car is running the hybrid battery is charging not replaced. Do Not Go To Anderson Ford for hybrid repair. The mechanic is not trained properly. Almost cost me money for no reason. Forwarding this to Ford Motor Co

Had an appointment to fix an oil pressure sending unit. Unit was replaced. After a day or two we noticed lack of power. After i had looked at the engine from below i found that the tech had not reconnected the turbo duct properly. It was hanging off!! It was Saturday but i called them anyway. Service rep Sherie got me in right away but I had to drive in from Ft mohave again. Two techs named Sanchez and Lucas fixed it up. I would have given a one star rating if not for the Saturday crew. This dealership did not even offer anything for their ineptitude or my trouble. Very dissatisfied.

Super easy to book my service and they provided me with transportation home and picked me up when it was done. Free car wash too. Every one wore face masks, etc. We will definitely be back.
