Brake Masters #176

Well run shop. They have been servicing our 13 year old car for 2 years now. Any work that has been suggested was needed and completed in a fast and efficient process. From oil changes to major repairs, this is the only shop our family trusts. Thanks Bill you have a great staff.

I have to say that I am very disappointed. As of recently the Customer Service has declined immensely to the point where the Manager, William, and Employee, Michael, argue with the customer. I had been going to this business for service on my vehicle for years and the previous employees were honest, respectful and professional. Definitely not the case with these two. I will no longer provide business at this location.

I went in to have my Brakes changed and an alignment as I didn't like how my steering wheel sits to the left a little. (Which by the way the steering wheel STILL sits to the left a little, but, I am happy that they were able to get the ABS light off the dashboard, and they corrected the alignment in the computer of the car so now the computer in the car states the tires are straight. Except the steering wheel is not straight. However, the whole reason I went in to begin with, was to have the breaks changed as they were squeaking when I went in on a Saturday. Unfortunately 2 days later I heard a horrible screeching sound and immediately asked myself why are my brakes still screeching. When I called and asked why, turns out they didn't change the brakes. They only charged me for the diagnostic alignment and didn't bother with the brakes. In ending, it was nice they could remove a light off the dashboard relating to the brakes, but you forgot about the service that I went there for to begin with, and now I am out 160.00 for a diagnostic alignment even though the steering wheel still isn't straight. I may be a female, and not know much about cars, but I know that if your customer asks you to change the breaks, you should change the brakes.

I use to be a loyal customer of this location, but not anymore. I asked you guys to refill my car with window shield fluid. Instead you guys filled it with water as it left many water spots on my car! You guys are horrible! You took full advantage of me. I will never trust brake masters again! Customers need to weary of trusting their vehicles with this company.

Business the way it should be. Made appointment and received estimate in advance, scheduled time for service and was told approximate finish time they would call if any changes and when completed. They were ready and waiting for my arrival. Received completion call earlier than estimated, price exactly what was quoted and full explanation of Lifetime guarantee everybody was all smiles . The work performed was on a Ram pick up complete front and rear brake job 82K miles. The next day received a thanks for your business was everything ok. Will definitely recommend BrakeMasters to anyone, special call out to Mike my service representative. Business the way it should be centered on customer attention and satisfaction Thank you BrakeMasters I will be back for future work!

“THEY STOLE A KNIFE FROM MY VEHICLE” I took my 2017 Suburban in for brake work The business Seemed to be like reviews stated about Brake Masters, here in lies the issue they took a few times for a test drive, then the work was completed, then upon entering my vehicle to leave one of the center consoles doors that was open with the knife in it when I gave them the keys, was closed with my phone charger wires sticking out I knew something was up! and sure enough the knife was gone, I won’t tolerate theft! Regardless of policy at the business. So I’m out $260 and their laughing on the other end on speakerphone? I’m retired and try to shop local but I when a business has a thief, I’M DONE! I had more work needed but will not taking it back to them, no second chance you crooks!

Wonderful from every angle ! Great communication, scheduling was simple and fast, work was perfect and price was fair....in today's market. Staff was professional and personable. Definitely recommend. Add : I had some a serious fuel/ignition issue, they were able to track down a complex issue and deal with my extended warranty company. Another excellent experience all around.

Hit or miss , they got talented hard working guys , they can fix weird random issues like your car doors not opening. I like how friendly the men at the front are, and how descriptive they are with explaining what's going on, There is a bad seed working here who ruins it though. I had taken a purchsed used car here to do a full point inspection last fall and whoever did my full point inspection didnt do a good job because my serpentine belt was almost snapped off when I went to look at it and it was OBVIOUS as there is nothing blocking it from view, I forgave that and put a new one on myself and even before i went to fix it myself I seen that there was a socket extention left right on top of my engine. That wasn't my socket extension. Also joints was stolen out of my truck I only bring that last part up because I see that someone else is complaining about a knife being stolen out of his car and I believe it! I just showed my gf that review and we are not suprized . Also 2 of my neighbors used to go to you guys but stopped. I finally felt motivated to leave this review. I left yal a 5 star on my other email. I hope you don't take my review and that other guys review as a joke.
