Hit a piece of a large semi truck tire on the interstate at 70 mph and damaged my front bumper and fender pretty good. I lived in Akron just about my whole life and had no clue about this place until my insurance suggested it as one close to my home. From start to finish it was a great experience, which is weird to say because you obviously don't want this stuff to happen to your car in the first place, but they made everything very simple and straightforward. Jasmine at the front was very helpful and friendly. Nicole was excellent as well. My car was there for 4 days and got a new bumper, which they painted (pearl white), and they fixed my fender. The paint job looks amazing and I am really happy that they fixed up my car so well. They also cleaned the interior and exterior as well before I picked it up. The communication was excellent too. I got regular updates via text about my car. Though I did get an initial check from my insurance company based on their estimate, it ended up being more than the insurance estimated, and they dealt with getting the remaining payment from them, making it even easier. All in all, I hope to never have to be back here, but if I ever get into another accident, I won't hesitate to bring my vehicle here again.

The actually body work seems to be acceptable, besides them reinstalling broken wheel covers and losing center caps but avoid dealing with George if you do use quality. He lied to me numerous times from day one starting with missed appointments and made claims on the insurance company refusing payment when in realityhe never sent them a final bill. He will blame everyone else regardless of it being obvious he's the issue and even goes as far as to say I should have had a rental car so it's not bid deal how long they've had my car. Then once you're frustrated with the lies and constant extensions of completion dates he'll get rude. Terrible customer service to say the least.

All I’ve got to say is that if anyone needs their Car fixed this is the best place in the AKRON OHIO area period!!! All the staff is amazing and Jasmine, at the front desk is remarkable and so welcoming!!! Dave Vincent sr and son are family to me now and they took such good care of my car!! Just don’t miss out if you need anything done to your car, make sure you go there!! They told me a,date and time my car would be finished and they were spot on!! Also, had me a rental waiting full of gas waiting for me!! I will never take my car anywhere else for body repair, paint, anything to be honest! Comes highly recommended by me!!!! Period!!! Don’t hesitate!! THANK YOU QUALITY BODY SHOP!!!

I would not recommend quality body shop A big tree Branch fell on my wife's car. So we took it to quality, because that's what the insurance company recommended. I will say. Nicole was very good at letting me know what was going on. With the vehicle The roof for her Jeep was on back order, so it took some time to get in. But once I got there to pick up the Jeep, they did not do a inspection with me to make sure I was happy with the quality of work. Then I got home and and found there were scratches all over the vehicle, and the interior of the vehicle had dirty Fingerprints over the headliner and all over Seats and found we have WeatherTech floor mats that were burnt from slag from welding, and a dome light does not work, which is broken and I have to replace now. The paint job that they did has scratches and the paint itself. It's not that good of a job. There is dirt and flaws in it that you can see And there are broken trim pieces on the outside, of the vehicle. If I could, I would give them a zero star.Review

Hit a semi truck shredded tire on the freeway and did some damage to bumper fender and some other damage underneath. Nicole B was awesome! Worked in a body shop years ago myself so the process was easier. Complete professional, promised a day it would be done and she delivered flawlessly. If I ever need work done again, I’m going to Quality Body Shop. I’m sure anyone you deal with will be great, but I’m recommending Nicole B.
