They just fixed my rear breaks the weekend before christmas! Everyone was very friendly. The best and most convenient part of this business is their free shuttle service and loner/loaner cars. I dropped it off Saturday right before closing and they were done by midday Monday. Couldn’t ask for better service. I will be returning for future business.

The best alignment shop in Akron!!!!! I had got new brakes, sway bars, and control arms put on my Malibu and of course it needed a alignment. I'd called around to places like Midas, National Tire Battery, Lifetime, and Tire Choice and they all were charging ridiculous prices $129-$150 W expection fee also they were all trying to tell me I needed 4 new tires to do the alignment just for them to get extra money... Akron Auto Clinic popped up on Google and I decided to give them a call. I got a hold of Lisa she was wonderful she heard my story and told me their prices and told me to drop the car off and they'll have it ready possibly the next day. So glad I took her advice they got my car in and out and the alignment is top notch I can feel every turn with the steering wheel. Absolutely 5 stars and to top it off Lisa gave me and my kids a ride back home when I dropped the car off. What a great place and service I recommend everyone in Akron to get their alignment or anything else done here. Thank you guys again.

I'm from Springfield, Ohio and I needed to find a trustworthy local repair shop in Akron to repair my daughter's 2009 Odyssey EX power steering problem. I bought the van back in March with power steering issues and I replaced the pump and serpentine belt which seemed to fix the problem at the time. Eventually, I started having problems again, so I replaced the pump, reservoir, suction hose, and high pressure hose. That took care of things for a while, but the system started leaking on the left side of the rack and pinion. I am a 76 year old jackstand mechanic and I knew it was beyond my scope of replacing the rack and pinion. I needed a lift plus an expert. I chose Akron Auto Clinic because of the reviews, hours open, (I needed Saturdays too), and proximity to where my daughter lives. Akron Auto Clinic was able to replace the rack and pinion in a timely manner ( turnaround time was quick), they used quality NAPA parts, and their prices were competitive with other repair shops in the area. I'm Happy.

I like them we had miscommunication at first than it was corrected i think his name is mark he does the negotiation for my warranty company n everything got straightened out . I was panicking and was being asshole which means I was wrong and he communicated with me on a constant and up and up on the price I respect that company . Sometimes when I ovulate I become a little different meaning (psycho) . Thank god for auto clinic representatives for making me calm and at ease cause giving ur car can be so stressful exspecially for a single mother her raising her granddaughter and only have one car . Thank u for being patient and professional.

My car has been in an accident and has a bad subframe. Should cost $4000 to get it fixed right. But they put this on my car when they fixed an upper radiator hose. Didn't even use the old clamps from the old radiator hose. I didn't even have to loosen that clamp at all and it started leaking coolant. So don't trust them to do more technical jobs where there may be a coolant leak under pressure. They didn't even double clamp it. I understand that mechanics get paid badly, but for $100 an hour I'll run to the idea of beating myself up until I fix it right.

I had my vehicle towed there around 8:30pm on FRIDAY. They are one of the few mom and pop places opened all day on Saturdays iny area. They diagnosed and fixed the issue-- fried alternator-- before 2 o'clock Saturday! AND it cost 50 bucks less than what they quoted me once I got there to pick Gladys up. AND the owner and all the staff were suuuper nice. Couldn't be more pleased with the service.

Spent thousands at this shop Had my truck in for two weeks for brakes/ suspension. Month after I received it, more suspension failed. (Second shop said they should have replaced) Missed an oil leak in engine that could have ruined my engine. Did work not asked for. Gave me a loner car with no gas in it. Got my truck back with a tank of gas missing. Avoid like the plague. Very bad place.
