Proxses Tuning LLC Introduce

Proxses Tuning LLC, situated at 78 B Westpark Rd, Centerville, OH 45459, USA, operates within the "Auto Repair Stations" platform category. The name "Tuning LLC" suggests a specialization beyond general automotive repair, leaning towards performance enhancements, diagnostics, and potentially custom work. For local users in Centerville and the surrounding areas, Proxses Tuning LLC presents itself as a potential destination for both standard vehicle maintenance and more specialized automotive needs, particularly for enthusiasts or owners of performance-oriented vehicles.

The environment of Proxses Tuning LLC, while not explicitly detailed, would likely blend the characteristics of a traditional auto repair shop with elements of a performance tuning facility. This might include a clean, well-lit workshop area with specialized equipment for engine tuning, dynamometers (though not confirmed), and precision tools for performance modifications. There would likely be multiple service bays, perhaps some dedicated to specific types of vehicles or advanced diagnostic work. A reception area for customer consultations, showcasing any awards or specialized tools, would also be common. Given the nature of "tuning," the environment might reflect a more technical and specialized atmosphere compared to a general repair shop, emphasizing expertise in vehicle dynamics and engine management. The exterior would likely be standard for a commercial unit within an industrial or business park setting, with parking for customer vehicles.

As an "Auto Repair Station" with a focus on "Tuning," Proxses Tuning LLC offers a blend of standard and specialized automotive services. Based on the customer reviews, which highlight work on a Corvette and a GTO, their services likely include:

  • Performance Tuning and Modifications: This is a core aspect implied by their name. This could involve engine tuning (e.g., ECU remapping, custom calibrations), exhaust system upgrades, intake modifications, suspension tuning, and installation of aftermarket performance parts.

  • General Automotive Maintenance and Repair: As evidenced by the Corvette customer requesting a "complete fluid change and inspection," they also perform routine maintenance services essential for vehicle longevity. This would include oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and general inspections.

  • Specialized Diagnostics: Given their tuning focus, they would possess advanced diagnostic capabilities to identify and troubleshoot complex engine, transmission, and electronic issues, especially those related to performance.

  • Clutch and Shifter Installation/Troubleshooting: The GTO review specifically mentions the installation and issues with a short shifter, indicating that they perform transmission-related work, including clutch and shifter installations and troubleshooting.

  • Expert Consultation: The highly positive review highlights "Mike" as a "wealth of knowledge" and an "amazing technician," suggesting that customers can receive detailed technical advice and consultation regarding their vehicle's performance and maintenance needs.

  • Work on Specific Vehicle Makes/Models: The reviews suggest experience with performance vehicles like Corvettes and GTOs, indicating a potential specialization or strong familiarity with American performance cars, though their services are not explicitly limited to these.

The features of Proxses Tuning LLC, as derived from the customer reviews, present a highly contrasted picture. One review describes "Mike" as "BEYOND AMAZING," a "true 10th degree black belt relative to Auto Mechanic Professionals," and "hands down, the best 'car guy' I've worked with in 40 years of driving." This highlights features of **exceptional expertise, deep technical knowledge, and absolute honesty**. The customer expresses extreme satisfaction with the service, implying meticulous work, fair dealing, and a highly positive customer experience. This suggests a shop capable of providing top-tier service, particularly for enthusiasts seeking knowledgeable and honest professionals for their vehicles.

However, another review paints a starkly different picture, highlighting significant concerns about **customer service, responsiveness, and accountability**. This customer experienced repeated issues with a part installed by the shop, received no replies to multiple emails, and was told they were "out of luck" and should "sell it on ebay" when attempting to resolve the issue or get a refund for a faulty part. This points to features such as a lack of effective communication, poor post-installation support, and an unwillingness to take responsibility for issues, even for parts installed by the shop. The perception that "it's just one guy running this place and he was the one who built the shifter himself" (though this cannot be confirmed) might indicate a potential for inconsistent service or limited capacity for comprehensive customer support in case of issues.

Regarding promotional information, no specific campaigns or discounts are provided in the available data. For a specialized shop like Proxses Tuning LLC, word-of-mouth recommendations, particularly within car enthusiast communities, would be a strong form of promotion, as evidenced by the highly positive review. Their ability to deliver "amazing" results and provide expert knowledge would naturally attract customers looking for specialized services. However, the negative review serves as a cautionary counter-promotion, highlighting potential risks in customer service and accountability. For current service inquiries, appointments, or to discuss specific tuning needs, local users can contact Proxses Tuning LLC directly at (937) 985-2334 or +1 937-985-2334. Given the conflicting nature of the reviews, potential customers might consider discussing their specific needs and clarifying any return or warranty policies upfront.

In conclusion, Proxses Tuning LLC at 78 B Westpark Rd, Centerville, OH, positions itself as an "Auto Repair Station" with a distinct specialization in performance tuning and diagnostics. It appears to offer both general maintenance and advanced modifications, backed by what one customer describes as unparalleled expertise and honesty. However, the dramatically opposing customer experiences, with one highlighting exceptional service and the other detailing significant issues with communication and accountability, present a complex operational profile. For local users, Proxses Tuning LLC could be an excellent choice for highly specialized work and expert advice, particularly for performance vehicles, but it is important to be aware of the reported inconsistencies in customer support and potentially clarify service expectations and policies before engaging in work.

BEYOND AMAZING. So I took my 20+ year old Corvette in for a complete fluid change and inspection and after talking with Mike I realized that America still has a true 10th degree black belt relative to Auto Mechanic Professionals. Mike is, hands down, the best "car guy" I've worked with in 40 years of driving. He is a wealth of knowledge, an amazing technician and 100% honest. You will not be disappointed. 5 Stars+.

Purchased a MGW P short shifter for my GTO and had it installed to find it did not allow the car to go into any of the odd gears. I ended up putting the stock one back on to get around. I sent multiple emails to try to find a solution for the shifter not working to which I did not get a reply. Ended up buying a different short shifter and before I had him install the new one, i had him try the MGWP one AGAIN and it still did not work while the other short shifter I bought worked perfectly. At this point I just wanted to return or get a refund on the faulty short shifter. I call and explain the situation and I was told I am out of luck and that I already installed the part so I could not return it (only driven in the parking lot of the shop) I asked if there was anything I could do to get my money back and he said “sell it on ebay”. I was not even asking for the hundreds of dollars in labor it took to install this shifter TWICE. I just wanted to find a solution and now I am out hundreds up dollars and no one to help me. Never deal with this company. As far as I know its just one guy running this place and he was the one who built the shifter himself.

Just had them tune my Charger after having long tube headers installed and wow, what a great shop. Mike is a great guy and they have some sweet toys in there shop. I highly recommend this shop for performance. My charger is a whole new car. Much smoother shifting and really opened the 5.7 Hemi up and lets it breathe.

Building my first performance engine. Mike answered a lot of questions, helped me get the right parts, and troubleshoot. Then he tuned it for me. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

A superb company that stands behind quality products. I bought an MGW-P shortshifter from them. It arrived on time, as expected, with excellent build quality and machining. The shifter itself feels amazing and made my 05 GTO that much more fun to drive daily. Mike is a very kind and knowledgeable guy who will take the time to answer your questions professionally and provide his expertise. Definitely a great resource for performance needs.
