I was recently in an accident and chose this shop to do my repairs and they did a fantastic job. My estimator was great, she communicated effectively and the shop got the job done. The receptionist is very nice and helped me get a hold of my rental company so they could pick me up when I dropped my vehicle off. Unfortunately, some parts were on backorder to no fault of the shop, but they were on it and rescheduled me the next week. They also informed me when the part came in just to let me know so I could plan accordingly. Hopefully I never have to come back after an accident, but if I do, I'll come here.

Taking a chance on this company is like gambling with the devil. One of the main things that struck a nerve was how terrible their communication skills were for a company. As a customer, I felt it was unprofessional that I had to contact them every single time just to get the most minor update. I would go weeks without any update unless I was the one calling. They would say “your car Will be ready on this day” That day will come, and I will get no update at all. I would call them and ask about the car and they would say “ Your car will be ready next week” The next week will arrive And still, I would get no information despite them saying it would be ready. A call will then be made again for them to say the next week again. My point is keep saying the car will be ready next week and when the week come, I get no information at all unless I call Not to mention when calling up there, the receptionist always has an attitude Or act as if she has to be rude. When the car was ready, there were tissue and debris all in the car! The speaker was also sounding as though it was blew out! The company was informed of this and try to say maybe it was accident prone to make another insurance claim so that they could fix it! Two words, money hungry. Nothing about the speaker was messed up upon bringing it to the shop. Went up there multiple times to inquire about the speaker For them to say, they could place another one in for me, but of course I would have to pay for it when it was something faulty on their end. I honestly didn’t go in expecting them to take accountability or even think it was their When it was clearly stated that the speakers were perfectly fine before them having to take the door off and fix the damage that was on the back bumper! The only speaker that is messed up is on the door that they had to take off! To conclude, never will I refer anyone to the shop nor will I look for service in them again! They are negligent, rude, and extremely unprofessional, especially when it comes to communication! Not to mention due to bad communication I even got my deductible reduced! But again, of course, that was after I had to call and confront them About how terrible service had been with them!

I have hemmed and hawed about posting a review since April when my Mazda 3 was painted due to vandalism. Decided to post to make aware of those who have premium paint jobs from the factory. Pros: 1) Decent workmanship on parts painted - quality of paint, even color on areas painted, no visible blemishes, great shine. 2) Worked well with Geico insurance. Were able to update estimates and get the necessary parts. They had the knowledge ahead of time to know what parts were needed to minimize shipping delays. 3) Polite staff, easy to talk to. I was treated with respect and kindness. 4) Car rentals can pick up and drop off here, a big convenience. Neutral: 1) Communication: I had to initiate/call them for most information updates. But when I called the information was usually available for the status and what needs to be done. There was a one day delay, which was due to the parts needed which came from Mazda. 2) [Possible Con] I don't know if this is part of having only certain areas painted, but I can DEFINITELY tell the areas that were masked off in the door jambs. There is a significant line where the areas were taped off. Cons: 1) Poor matching on Mazda's premium paint job. They offered to have me bring it back in to look at it but when I mentioned that the front and rear bumpers (which were not painted) did not match the newly painted doors and quarter panels, the response was to blame the Mazda 3 stage paint job and claim that bumpers are hard to match. The color difference is the main reason for a 2 star review. 2) They did not clean up the masked areas well such as inside the door frames. I had to scrub these well to remove a white overlay substance. It did come off though. Overall, I think this is a decent place if one does not have a premium paint job. Their work is decent. In their defense, I have read online, especially in Mazda forums, that their premium red paint is hard to match and work with. However, I do not think the vast difference between the bumpers and quarter panels is acceptable.
