I have had problems with them installing brakes incorrectly twice now on two of my vehicles and having to waste my time taking them back to them to get them “fixed right”. The first time they failed to put the caliper bolts back into the caliper and it falls apart going home had to have it towed back and they said the bolts must have mysteriously “broke” second time I pay for new brakes on my truck and they said they were done. I pick up the truck after hours and the pedal goes all the way to the floor so once again I had to waste my time returning the vehicle to be “fixed” again. They told me the brakes weren’t adjusted properly. I got the truck back and they still weren’t right so I had to take it somewhere else after spending a thousand dollars because I was honestly tired of dealing with them. On top of all that I was treated like I’m hassling them by bringing the vehicles back multiple times when they are totally in the wrong for doing questionable work. Beware and don’t waste your time and money there any many better options out there to get your car worked on. Edit: we had to take my wife’s Kia to the dealership to get all new brakes after McAlpine automotive replace them because they installed cheap parts that completely failed in 10k miles.

I took my wife's car in to diagnose a vacuum leak. That got taken care of in less than a day. At the time though i was unable to afford to fix it so they gave me an estimate so I'd be able to plan better. Brought it back in this past friday to get the repairs done (new valve cover). I picked up the car this afternoon and it's running wonderfully. Mcalpine definitely gives awesome service and good pricing. Will be using them a lot more for mine and my wife's vehicle going forward.
