Price's Body Shop Introduce
When you're faced with vehicle damage, finding a reliable and expert auto body shop is crucial. While "Price's Body Shop" is a common business name, indicating a focus on comprehensive body and paint services, it's important to understand the typical offerings and characteristics of such a facility operating within the "Auto Repair Stations" platform category. These establishments are dedicated to bringing damaged vehicles back to their pre-accident condition, focusing on both structural integrity and aesthetic perfection.
The environment at a well-regarded "Price's Body Shop" is typically professional and equipped for precision work. You can expect a clean, organized, and well-lit workspace, essential for detailed bodywork and paint application. Modern auto body shops often feature advanced equipment, including:
- State-of-the-art paint booths: These controlled environments ensure a dust-free application of paint, leading to a smooth, factory-like finish. They often incorporate advanced ventilation systems and temperature control to optimize paint curing.
- Computerized frame measuring systems: For vehicles with structural damage, these systems use lasers and sophisticated software to accurately assess and realign the vehicle's frame or unibody to manufacturer specifications, which is vital for safety and proper vehicle performance.
- Dedicated repair bays: Separate areas for different stages of repair, such as disassembly, bodywork, painting, and reassembly, contribute to efficiency and quality control.
- Customer waiting areas: A comfortable and clean reception area where customers can discuss their repair needs and await updates on their vehicle.
While specific details about a particular "Price's Body Shop" facility weren't found, these are general expectations for reputable establishments in the auto body repair sector.
The services offered by a comprehensive "Price's Body Shop" fall primarily under the umbrella of collision repair and restoration. Their expertise typically includes:
- Collision Repair: This is the core service, addressing all types of damage resulting from accidents, from minor dents and scratches to major structural damage. This involves disassembling damaged areas, assessing the extent of impact, and planning the repair process.
- Frame and Unibody Straightening: A critical service for vehicles that have sustained significant impact. Specialists use advanced equipment to restore the vehicle's structural integrity, ensuring it meets safety standards and handles correctly.
- Dent Removal and Repair: This covers a range of techniques, including traditional dent repair where body fillers and sanding are used, and often paintless dent repair (PDR) for smaller dents and dings where the paint surface is undamaged, allowing the original finish to be preserved.
- Auto Painting and Refinishing: A hallmark of a body shop. This involves meticulous preparation, precise color matching (often using computerized systems for accuracy), and the application of high-quality automotive paints and clear coats. The goal is to achieve a seamless blend with the original finish, making the repair virtually undetectable.
- Bumper Repair and Replacement: Bumpers are frequently damaged in collisions. Shops can repair various types of bumper damage, including cracks, scuffs, and punctures, or replace the bumper entirely if the damage is too severe.
- Panel Replacement and Alignment: When panels are too damaged to repair, they are replaced with new ones. The shop ensures proper fit and alignment with adjacent panels, maintaining the vehicle's original lines.
- Scratch and Chip Repair: Addressing cosmetic blemishes, from surface scratches to deeper paint chips, to restore the vehicle's appearance.
- Auto Glass Services: While not always their primary focus, many body shops can facilitate or directly handle windshield, side window, and rear window replacement if glass was damaged in a collision.
Key features that distinguish a high-quality "Price's Body Shop" often include:
- Experienced and Certified Technicians: Reputable shops employ technicians who are extensively trained and often hold certifications from industry organizations like I-CAR (Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair) or ASE (Automotive Service Excellence). These certifications ensure that repairs are performed to the highest standards.
- OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Standards: A commitment to repairing vehicles according to the manufacturer's specifications and using genuine OEM parts when necessary. This ensures the vehicle's safety features and structural integrity are maintained.
- Advanced Technology and Tools: Utilization of the latest repair equipment and diagnostic tools to accurately assess damage and perform precise repairs.
- Strong Customer Service: Transparent communication throughout the repair process, including regular updates on progress, detailed explanations of repairs, and assistance with insurance claims.
- Insurance Company Partnerships: Many body shops work directly with all major insurance providers, streamlining the claims process for customers and often handling the paperwork on their behalf.
- Warranty on Repairs: A confident body shop typically offers a warranty on their workmanship, providing customers with peace of mind that the repairs are durable and guaranteed. This often includes a lifetime warranty on paint and bodywork.
While specific promotional information for a generic "Price's Body Shop" is not available without a specific location, common promotions and customer conveniences offered by auto body repair stations in the "Auto Repair Stations" category often include:
- Free Estimates: Almost all reputable body shops offer free, no-obligation estimates for collision repair, allowing customers to understand the scope and cost of the work before committing.
- Deductible Assistance/Waivers: Some shops may offer to help with or waive a portion of the customer's insurance deductible, particularly for larger repairs, although this can vary by state regulations and insurance policies.
- Rental Car Assistance: Many shops have partnerships with rental car companies or can arrange a rental vehicle for the customer while their car is undergoing repairs, minimizing disruption to their daily routine.
- Towing Services: For non-drivable vehicles, the shop may offer or arrange towing services to their facility.
- Financing Options: For out-of-pocket expenses or deductibles, some facilities may provide flexible financing plans to ease the financial burden on customers.
- Online Scheduling/Tracking: Modern shops may offer online portals for scheduling appointments or tracking the progress of repairs.
In conclusion, a "Price's Body Shop" operating within the "Auto Repair Stations" category is generally a specialized facility focused on restoring vehicles after collisions or other damage. Their blend of skilled technicians, advanced equipment, comprehensive services, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction aims to make a stressful situation as smooth as possible, returning your vehicle to you looking and performing as it should.

Price's Body Shop Customer Reviews
No service. My SUV had been rear ended. I thought the driveshaft had been bent. It is an older SUV, and I knew parts were hard to find. I had already taken it to another shop about the bumper. I wanted Prices to check the driveshaft. I walked in the lobby & was about halfway explaining to the office person what I wanted. Some guy, I assume the owner or manager stuck his head in the lobby & told the lady that I was talking to, to tell me that he couldn’t get parts for my SUV. I told him that I didn’t need the bumper, that I wanted the driveshaft looked at. He totally ignored me, told the receptionist that they would charge me 1 hour labor. I expected that, I didn’t expect them to do it for free. He still did not talk to me directly. He told her to see when they may be able to do it. They were booked up for 3-4 weeks but said she could call me when something opened up. Of course I never received a call. Like I said, very poor service/ No service.

My son is a student at Va Tech and was involved in a hit and run accident. I was recommended Prices Body Shop from a friend and mine and couldn’t be happier! They handled everything! The car looks better now than it did before the accident. Highly recommend them! Thank you again Price’s!

Someone referred me to Price’s and boy am I glad they did! They were kind, professional, and had the damage to my car repaired in less than a week! As an insurance agent I am often asked for recommendations for where my customers should get repairs done. I now have an answer for them: Price’s Body Shop!

I would give them more stars if I could. They got us an estimate and the part needed very quickly. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Very friendly staff. You can’t go wrong here.
