Terrible at communicating about vehicle. Service advisor was documenting that he spoke with me several times and he never called or text. I had to contact the sales manager to get any updates on my car. When the service manager called me after the sales manager had to get him to, he was condescending and asking if I wanted updates twice a day on a back ordered part. Just any update at all without me having to call a sales manager to help would be great. Then I found out the service advisor was lying about communicating with me. The only reason I take my car there is because I bought it from Duncan. They did provide me with a loaner car, which I appreciated (thank you Tony the sales manager). I do not recommend this service center, but I do think the sales team was excellent. If it wasn’t for Tony the sales manager and Caleb one of their salesmen, I’d give them 0 stars.

Logan was first rate as my service associate. He did everything he said he would and more. My car was ready a day earlier than promised. The service department went above and beyond. I will definitely recommend Duncan for all your vehicle needs. A+

Duncan was absolutely amazing to work with! Easy pain free vehicle purchase. And we love our Ford F-150. The service department and collision center were top notch installing the steps and all weather mats. Beth is by far hands down the best car sales person we have ever dealt with!

This was my first experience with Duncan. I had a recall issue and they offered a technician to come to my home to perform the corrective measure. The young man that showed up was terrific. Fun to talk to and very knowledgeable. He took care of the recall issue. He then asked me if I had any other issues and I explained that an air vent flow problem had just happened a few days prior. He fixed that too! Wonderful. Thank you.

The end result was good, but communications were difficult in several ways both in getting messages returned and accuracy of the order for mobile service. For example, one of the items to be done was change of windshield wipers, but when the technician arrived, he did not have the wipers because they had not been added to the order. They quickly offered to make it good and to put the wipers on in another trip, however I did not want to go through the communications and logistics and time to meet the technician on another day so I had it done at a local service company. Also, they did not have a sticker to put on the car about the oil change. This is an example of the lack of systems and communication. Yet, they seem to be good people trying and willing to correct things that weren’t done fully.

The service itself was good and I really like the video they send showing what they did. Although Duncan recently acquired Shelor Ford, I purchased my vehicle 3years ago from Shelor and I was not happy that they removed the Shelor emblem on the back and replaced it with a very hokie looking sticker. I was able to remove it easily enough, but they should not have done this. I have a beautiful Timberline Explorer and the sticker looked like it came out of a child's coloring book.

I had a complimentary pick up and drop off service and it was a wonderful experience. They kept me informed and reached out with any issues they found! I would highly recommend Duncan Ford Service! Everyone was friendly and it was very quick! 10 out of 10!

It wasn’t a great experience. I took my 2024 Bronco in because it had a large amount of oil running out of my new vehicle. I called the service department to set up an appointment. I was supposed to receive a call back to set up an appointment to have the vehicle towed because it’s new and under warranty. I never received a call back so I hired my own company to tow to the dealership to get it off the side of the road. Never received a call back. I called two days later on the day of the appointment to make sure they knew the vehicle was at the service center. Because again I never received a call back. They said they would check on it and call me back. finally got a call back three hours later and even though I had an appointment, they said they would work me in. Two more days past and never heard anything so I finally called and got to talk to a service rep. They advise they were working on it called the next day for an update. They advise they would have the service rep. Call me back never heard from them finally called the sales department and asked to speak to the salesman who sold me the vehicle he was unavailable, but the call representative for the sales department did check on my vehicle and assured me that we get my vehicle fixed. Finally a week later I called they said they had my vehicle fixed I could pick it up. I went and picked it up and was told that my vehicle was under warranty and I should have received a rental vehicle while they were working on my vehicle. I told them I had to check on the vehicle daily because nobody explained the process or would return my calls. They blamed the problem on the call center that was located at there service center. If wasn’t for the young lady in sales I would have waited another week on my vehicle. This is my first ford but don’t know if I will buy another ford after this experience. Also I had to pay for the oil change and filter change even though all the oil leak out of my vehicle. I’m still out the towing as well because the dealership would call me back. Also was told the service manager would call me back over my experience.2 week later I’ve never received a call.
