Autoproz is our go-to auto repair shop for our Virginia Tech students when they are away at school. Nathan has provided us with excellent service twice now when my son was having car trouble. It's great to have a trusted repair shop to turn to when we need it!

This shop is phenomenal. I'm from out of town. It was Friday afternoon and we had just bought a 2019 Pacifica about a month and a half before. The vehicle has a popping noise when stopping and accelerating that seemed to be some sort of suspension issue. They got me in to look at it same day which was exceptional to start with. They spent time listening to the issue and checking all joints bushings and suspension parts to make sure nothing is lose. They were not sure what the noise is but took extra care to make sure all the important parts weren't going to cause an accident on the 500 mile drive home. On top of getting us in and looking at the vehicle they didn't even charge us! Thank you to Nathan the owner and the nice tech that worked on it. Five star!

Nathan is very honest and knowledgeable. I came to him to do a diagnostic before buying a used mazda car. I wanted him to check if it has a transmission fluid leakage problem as mentioned by Mazda at Duncan dealer service shop (a few miles away from him in christianburg) that suggested a repair cost of more than $3000. Nathan checked it out and verified that it has no transmission leakage and no other major problems. I bought the car and told him to do some maintenance work. He is upfront with the cost and the price is reasonable. I brought the same car to him again for an annoying noise that only occurs at low speeds over rough roads or bumps and he was able to find the reason behind the noise.. The fix is pretty simple, finding the problem was a bit harder. The price was also reasonable reflecting the quick fix. I highly recommend him and I will be taking my cars to him for service.

These folks are just the best. I'm so glad to find mechanics I can trust right after moving into town! They've worked on my car and my daughter's car and they are as honest and hardworking as you'd ever wish.

I've been hunting around for a mechanic and I think I've found a good one. These folks offer honest work at a reasonable price. They actually came in a good bit UNDER the price quoted for the last job on our old Corolla. They're a small operation, so pack some patience.

MY FAVORITE MECHANICS IN TOWN they have helped me so much with my car whenever I needed it. They will help you with anything they can without you even asking! Being a college student alone and worried about being scammed they were the first place to give me a fair price and go above and beyond for me and the people I have had go there. I will always trust them with my car and wallet ❤️ this was my first review ever but I had to give it to them when I went home and saw they tied up my broken bumper without a word
