Excellent, fast service! They managed to fit my car in morning-of for a state inspection, finished it within the estimated time, and were nothing short of friendly and courteous! Highly recommend their assistance, excellent auto shop!

Great auto shop. I had a state inspection done here and they were quick and efficient. I very much appreciate that instead of trying to upsell me on things, they let me know what was getting close and already had a quote written up before I left. I got the feeling that they aren't just in it to make a profit, but actually care about their customers. At a time where most small shops that you can trust are closing, it's nice to find a place that you feel good about giving business to. 10/10 will be recommending.

Highly recommend. This is THE place for any and all car work in the NRV. Honest, hard working and competent. No judgement, they like cars and they provide fantastic service too Trusted them enough to send my daughter solo, at 17. She explained what she wanted done, and they did it. Flawless

Went there to get a shakedown of my '07 Fit. Guy immediately pointed out in the parking lot that it was strut bushing sqeak I was hearing. Asked him if I should get it inside to get the rest of it looked at- but he was very dismissive about that (probably because it wouldn't cost me anything). Guy at the window said he would get me a quote for a set of shocks and send it to my cell. Never happened- though I wasn't planning to pay their install fees anyways. Most of the staff was very friendly, but I would have liked to get my car up on the racks. It was slow enough that morning that I could've.

Took my car in to get a weird noise diagnosed, they told me that one of the wheel bearings I had just gotten replaced at another shop was faulty. They also charged me $100 for the diagnostic. I’ve had the wheel bearing checked at multiple other shops and it is totally fine. They also didn’t fix a leaking radiator hose when I asked them to during the same visit (my dad was able to fix it by tightening it a little bit lol). I’m not sure if they even actually looked at my car. Just got to Autoproz instead, they are way cheaper, nicer, and more honest.

Be careful with this shop! We have been using them for years. The work has been fine. The crew is fine. Matthew McCoy, the owner, is arrogant and will give you the run around. He had my older vehicle and there was an accident that occurred while it was being fixed that wasn't his fault. I wanted to pay out of pocket to have the body work done. He convinced me to let his insurance look into it (I think he was uncomfortable with the idea that I was going to cover something that happened on his watch, even though it really wasn't his fault). It's an older vehicle, so insurance appraised it as totaled and now we can't get any body shop to fix it, even though we want to pay out of pocket. I wish we had just taken care of it ourselves. I can't say for sure, but given that he knows the industry way better than I do, I think it's possible he knew that this would happen. And he definitely knew that I wanted to pay to have it fixed. But he cared more about his "reputation" than he did about my wishes. So watch out. We will never use them again.

Great shop. Got a state inspection for my bike and they were quick and painless. Seems like a good group of folks and I would definitely come back for any car-related services in the future!
