Precision Transmission and Automotive Repair

On November 25 and 26 I had precision transmission do my 2011 Toyota Camry and 2011 Toyota Tundra transmission oil changed. They did awesome work and under budget price. A+++ Job. If you need transmission work go no where else.. Thanks Guys...

If I could give no stars I would. Called to get my brakes fixed cuz they’re the shop on my cars warranty. I always ask the workers how they are doing before getting to my problem to set the tone that I’ll be a kind customer to them. Bro on the phone was super rude and as I was listing off my problem and how I was referred to his shop he just ignored me making of feel as tho he had no idea what the policies were. After letting me explain all I got was “yeah we’re gonna be closed for two weeks soooo, can’t even get to it til the 7th” just complete lack of effort. Like the only policy he was aware of was his off time. His snappy reply took me off guard and I was like “oh” to which he replied “yeah” then swiftly hung up on me. I understand it’s the holiday season but that’s no reason to be rude and dismissive to a customer. I wouldn’t want someone with his energy touching my car anyways. Forget the warranty, I’ll go to a trusted family shop next time.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE WITHOUT GETTING A SECOND OPINION THEY WILL 100% LIE TO YOU AND CHARGE YOU THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON. I WAS APPALLED! THE FIRST JOB THEY DID FOR ME WAS UNDER WARRANTY, SO I DON'TKNOW IF THEY TRY TO PLAY MY WARRANTY COMPANY LIKE THEY TRIED TO PLAY ME. BUT LIKE I SAID IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY SO IT WASN'T MY CONCERN My issue was with them lying to me about what needed me to be done on my car and trying to overcharge me. Just your regular around the way terrible scamming mechanics that you hear about. Definitely go get a second opinion before you pay them!!! I got my reardifferential changeD for $1,000 less than what they quoted by taking it to another shop!!! they tried to charge me $340 to rehang my exhaust tip said it was going to take 3 hours of work. I took it somewhere they did it for $80 and about 15 minutes. The major violation came when they told me that I had a manifold exhaust crack leak! 100% LIE JUST TO GET ME TO PAY MORE MONEY!!! They were going to charge me thousands of dollars for it!! I took it to my mechanic and he sprayed some substance on it to check for a crack. Found no crack!! found that it was only a broken bolts. He replaced it for me for $140! I've never left a review for anybody's business but the fact that they try to play me out of thousands of dollars, lie to me about what was going on with my car, and refused to educate me whenever I ask detail questions is the reason why I would never go back to this place and I will do everything I can to make sure nobody takes their car here.

10/10/2024. Had my jeep worked on by them for a outer tie rod issue. Done a great job. Thank guy for the service. Not a expensive job either.

I have been taking my cars to Precision for over (20) years, All the employees are wonderful, proficient, knowledgeable, and work is reasonably priced. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I am so impressed with the customer service at Precision. Dan is great! Because they were not able to fully repair my vehicle at the shop I was referred to the dealership but they did not charge me for the diagnostic or the part they replaced trying to diagnose the issue. And the part was not cheap! This level of customer service should be commended!! Thank you so much! I will be a return customer, if needed in the future.
