Auto Extras

Had my digitizer/touch screen go out on me for my 2012 Dodge Charger RT. Radio was completely unresponsive. Chrysler told me that particular touch screen was on back order & that was no eta on when it would be available. I ordered it from them knowing that & hoping that it would come sooner than later. After waiting about a month & a half there was no change. My girlfriend goes to school in the area and seen this place and called to ask them about the issue and they said they could get the touch screen in less than a week and do the repair. I put down a deposit with them and they kept their word and got it all done for me. Owner was very professional & a cool guy. Only small issue was whoever it was that performed the install didn’t line up my AC vent correctly all the way that was in the corner by driver side. I didn’t notice it until I was almost home. I am positive the shop would of took care of it for me if I would of went back and informed them of it. Problem is I lived about 65 miles away so I just ended up taking to my neighborhood mechanic once I got back in town later that day & had them put it back right for $41.50. At the end of the day I should of made sure I fully inspected it before I pulled off so I am just as much to blame. But I would definitely do business with this shop again. They saved me a lot of money, time, & headache and kept their word which I can appreciate. Owner is really a great cool people person type of guy.

I do not recommend Auto Extras if you want your vehicle tinted. You even offer tint school and still can't get my vehicle right. Idk maybe it depends on who's applying the tint, maybe I got the wrong guy for the job. Auto Extras may do some vehicles good but you did not do a good job on my vehicle. I really really hate to give a bad review but I really disliked all the calls and messages I've been leaving with no return calls from you guys or you say I'll have such n such reach back out to you. All I want is my tint done right. It should've been done right the 1st time then you guys redid 1 window when it should've been all windows as I complained about. I got bubbles and bad cuts on my tint, no not the bubbles that'll go away In 5 days during the cure time, I'm talking about the bubbles you get 5+ years from now when your tint is getting old. I've owned many cars which I got tint done on them which was perfect which makes this place is by far the worst experience. Why did I come to Auto Extras? Well I didn't want to wait and you guys were first available. I regret that decision. Thanks.

owner/ operator is great! He really knows his stuff and he's done 5 of my cars. But im not to keen with his staff, not the friendlies of people
