I went to this Midas on a few occasions for estimates and repairs. I was helped by Cody. He is professional and helped me out a ton by taking photos of damaged parts I needed and showing me exactly where the problems were and took the time to explain why it was a problem. Pricing is fair. Work is high quality. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Come here if you need car repairs in South Bend!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting South Bend Midas and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional! Cody got me in quickly & the tech with the large toolbox (I forget his name) quickly identified the issue with my car and took the time to explain the necessary repairs in detail. The work was completed promptly and at a very fair price. My car now runs like new, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto shop, I highly recommend South Bend Midas. Any poor reviews if this shop have to be lies or regret of purchase because their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly exceptional!

I came in just wanting an Alignment, was expecting to pay the $120 and leave, they found my van to be supposedly leaking oil. ($2,100) and then they told me in order to do the alignment, I had to get two new rear tires put on so they can do it. On a front wheel drive car that is. So I got scammed $550 on an alignment I never received. Theft of service. My van still drives hard right to the road when you let go of the steering wheel my steering wheel was never realigned. AVOID THIS Place. Only have 5 stars because the manager makes you give them 5 stars when you leave.

Regis is the best assistant manager I ever encountered with car repair shops. I had to get a coolant flush due to a overheat and was given a 2 hour time frame from 2pm to 4-5pm. I called at 5pm and my car was still being worked on but Regis went far beyond and stayed opened for me til 7pm and got me out the door happy that I can be able to drive to work tomorrow. 15/10 customer service and I will be coming to this location more often for regular maintenance. I went to this Midas yesterday for a tire repair. The guy at the counter was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to fix it on the spot. This was great because I'm from out of town and he saved me a trip. I get my auto work done at the Midas in my town. The crew in South Bend are equally nice people. They do the Midas name proud. Thank you for turning a bad day around. Great Job!!

I highly recommend Midas. I set up an appointment yesterday (4-21-25) at Midas on Michigan St located in South Bend Indiana. I was able to get in and out in a wonderful timely manner. The price was awesome. I totally was expecting a higher price so that was great. Thank you all for your services.
