I've had an incredibly challenging experience with my car. After giving it to the shop to fix an overheating issue, it was really disappointing to see the problem persist and even escalate to a seized engine. The delays, lack of communication, and recurring issues were beyond frustrating. We were excited in December thinking we’d finally get the car back, but every time we were about to pick it up, a new problem would arise. When we finally got the car, it broke down again on the way home. After fixing a disconnected vacuum line ourselves, we discovered coolant and transmission leaks. Now, we're determined to fix these issues on our own because we can't trust that shop anymore. After seven months and thousands of dollars, we have the car home, but it’s still not in perfect condition. There will be a video of us going to get it the first time and it having problems before we could take it home.

Looked around for mine quest for me to see what kind of deal they could do with me on a vehicle that I had and took care of me very very honest and reasonable. Chris is a good guy so the front desk and employees took a while, but the job got done, My Took my wife’s Mustang to get AC work service on it also took care of that for me. I won’t go anywhere else but here.

Took our 2005 Buick Rainier in for Airbag Strut replacement. Chris was very knowledgeable and polite. Even though he was very busy with other vehicles, Chris had our Buick done the same day and even allowed us to come pick our Buick up after hours. Very happy with the end results, Chris' professionalism, and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended to anyone that needs auto service done for their vehicle.

The price was fair and the work was great! I was in Bullhead and needed a repair for my truck on a Saturday. They were the only shop that said they would look at my problem and fix it the same day. I definitely recommend them!
