They quickly diagnosed the issue with my car and took the time to explain everything in detail which I really appreciated. The repairs were done promptly at a very reasonable price. I felt confident in their expertise, and they even offered advice on how to maintain my vehicle going forward. I highly recommend Porterville Automotive to anyone looked for reliable, honest service. I'll definitely be returning for future maintenance !

My car broke down this Monday morning. It overheated and smoke started coming out from the hood. I was stuck in traffic. Not knowing any mechanics I search online and Porterville Automotive Center stood out from everyone else. I called several times, with no luck, I was about to give up when I received a called from Buddy from Porterville Automotive Center I explain my situation and he was able to let me tow my car to he's shop to take a look at it. He was very friendly and knowledgeable that I immediately felt like I was in the right place. I left my car there, later I received a call from buddy letting me know what the problem was and how much it was going to be. I explain I rely on this car and to go ahead and work on it he completely understood my situation, and made it a priority to have it fix by the next day. And he did, it was fix tueday afternoon. I was extremely happy it was fixable. My car runs smooth and it definitely feels brand new to me. I highly appreciated him for having it fix so soon. If I could give this shop more than 5 stars I would. Thank you so much!

This place had over-the-top customer service and was thorough. I had my truck back sooner than id anticipated am quite satisfied with the services provided during my visit. The individual who expedited this positive experience goes by the name of "Buddy". If you happen to bring your vehicle to this business, tell him that he is an inspiration and has been recognized for providing excellent customer service.

Great service! Had an overheating emergency while transporting my disabled children. Buddy helped us immediately. Found the problem, replaced the thermostat and got us back on the road in an hour. Great, speedy, friendly service! Thank you! 😊

Brought my Buick here for service and the experience was beyond what I expected. It's hard to find a trustworthy mechanic that won't try to take advantage of you. Buddy is one of a kind and was a literal Godsend on our family vacation. He fixed us right up and got us on our way within 24 hours. Thank you!
