I recently purchased a Jeep Renegade from Merle Stone Chevrolet in Porterville, CA. It had, at that time, a very small chip in the windshield that I could see two small cracks emanating from the chip that were only about 1/8th of an inch long. One drive on Morton Avenue while they had just grated the road for resurfacing and the cracks grew to about 6-8 inches long. Did not think the dealership was going to replace it as they said they would. Boy howdy was I wrong. They not only set me up with Chad's Auto Glass, but Chad's got me the original Mopar windshield that was on my Jeep. I had already made an appointment with Safelite in Visalia when I received a text from Chad telling me he could replace it on Monday. The first person I spoke to at Safelite told me they would not refund my money as I had prepaid so had to cancel with Chad's. Three calls later I got a very nice woman at Safelite who said refunding my money is no problem. I then called Chad's Auto Glass and asked if he was willing to replace my windshield? Chad replied he ws happy to do so, just needed to notify him of any changes should I change my mind. I promised Chad there would be no more changes and he was my personal choice due to his courtesy and flexibility in scheduling. That was on Friday and now being Monday I have already been contacted by Chad's Auto Glass to confirm for today. I'm impressed by the quick notice and Chad keeping me updated. I will leave another review after Chad's done his work on my Jeep and from what I can tell so far I am pretty sure it will be another 5 star rating. Thank you Chad's Auto Glass for putting up with my mistakes and still being extremely polite and scheduling me for the same day as was previously set up. Have not yet met Chad, but I am sure glad I will be getting the opportunity to do so. Sincerely, Kim Wilson UPDATED As promised Chad's Auto Glass showed up to my residence about 15 minutes early and immediately went to work. They carefully removed my cracked windshield and installed a new one quickly and very professionaly. I will never drive to Visalia Safelite again now that I know about Chad's Auto Glass. Better quality windshield and guys who really know what they're doing replaced my windshield in a quarter of the time the S place would have taken. I would highly recommend Chad's Auto Glass to anyone that needs any vehicle glass repaired or replaced. Courteous and professional are the best words to describe the men who did the work. I've used Chad's service many times. They do the best work and are way cheaper than stupid Safelite. I have purchased 4 windshields and three side windows over the last few years. I've never had a issue. 90% of the time they have my glass in stock and if they don't they have the very next day. I'm pleased with their service. God forbid I get another broken window but if so I'll definitely call Chad's.

They are professional and punctual guys. They were able to come down to my job site and get the windshield replaced in less than 15 minutes at a great price!! They have definitely gained a new life long customer.
