Porterville Ford Service

I normally go to Greg’s for my oil changes, however I had a situation today where I needed my car picked up. Ford graciously offers this service free of charge. They had my car back to me faster than I expected and were very friendly, professional, and extremely reasonably priced! They have definitely earned my business for future oil changes!

Throughout the repair process, she kept me well-informed about the work being done on my truck and also provided valuable advice on preventive maintenance for other potential issues. Her communication and attention to detail were impressive, ensuring I was always up to date on the progress. I was recommended to Rocio by a coworker who had his transmission replaced on his Ford F150 and spoke highly of her.
